This meditation is so powerful yet calming for me. It reminded me of all the support I am receiving from my maternal side. Also gave me the hope that I could give this same love and support to my daughter. The river is flowing. My favourite part is "there is nothing to achieve; nothing to receive; nothing to offer" - this brought an instant relaxation in my body - I can just simply be here - me being here is alone enough!!
