Today we are tuning into the presence of our ancient ancestors.
Ancestors so old,
They walked the earth many,
Many,
Many years ago and now they are one with nature itself.
They float in the skies,
They live in the soil,
They speak through the birds and move through the winds,
They embrace you with the rain and warm you with the fire.
They are everywhere.
They don't speak the human language.
They have their own timeless,
Wordless way of communication.
And this unique language also lives in you because you are their extension.
You were born with this knowing,
With the capability of understanding their language.
You may have forgotten it because you hear too many human words and you speak too many human words and you try to use logic and you try to make sense but this language,
This connection is beyond words.
It is beyond space and time and yet it lives in you,
It lives through you and you are the living bridge through which your children,
The next generation,
Your lineage will inherit it.
So today we'll make an attempt to awaken this language.
Close your eyes.
You find yourself on a boat that is crossing a river.
The landscape around you is new and yet strangely familiar.
You feel like you've been here before but you don't remember exactly when.
You keep rowing across the river and you reach a small island.
This island is full of tall coconut trees.
These wise,
Ancient allies who are watching over you as you step onto this island.
Your feet instinctively know which direction to take.
It feels like coming back home and your muscle memory just kicks in.
So you follow the path.
You walk among these tall coconut trees as they welcome you back to your ancestral home.
You reach a small clearing and there is a lake.
You sit down next to it and here you will spend some time in silence and yet you will hear something.
And now it is time to go back.
To return back to ordinary reality,
To the world of human words and sentences,
To logic and rules and structures,
To space and time.
You trace the same steps back and keep walking.
You get back into the boat.
You are now rowing back across the river and you open your eyes.
Welcome back.
