This meditation gives you gentle guidance to help you shift out of the day and into restful sleep for 10 mins, followed by 6 hours of soft, Brown noise to help you stay relaxed. Use it to close the day, settle your mind, and ease your body toward sleep. Brown noise is a deep, low-frequency sound resembling rumbling thunder or a strong waterfall, which can help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. People find the deep, low tones to have a calming and grounding effect, which can help lower stress levels and ease an overactive mind. Use it at night when you are ready to sleep.
