Sulin is a women's health naturopath, herbalist and educator who develops healing programs for body, mind and soul. She has created easy and accessible guided meditations to reduce stress, overwhelm and sleep disturbance, and to help us cultivate calm within. She lectures in naturopathic medicine at Torrens University in Australia and mentors naturopaths intending to practice in natural health care for women.
