This meditation is designed to help you heal and integrate parts of yourself,
Whether mental,
Physical,
Emotional or energetic,
That have been making decisions or motivating you into behaviors or thoughts or emotions that are not in alignment with your highest and greatest good.
By healing and integrating those parts,
You can begin to operate in a more wholesome way,
In a way that supports your highest and greatest good,
Your intentions,
Your goals,
So that you can achieve greater joy,
Happiness,
Love,
Health,
Wellness and all the things that are meaningful to you.
This meditation integrates some of the teachings from Dr.
Joe Dispenza,
Dr.
Brian Wise,
Karmic Healer John Jones and other spiritual masters and teachers.
So let's begin.
Find a place where you can either sit or lay down comfortably.
Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.
Imagine that as you exhale,
You can release the tensions,
Contractions from your physical body.
And as you inhale,
A beautiful energy begins to flow through you,
Filling your lungs and moving into each and every cell of your body.
With each and every breath,
You become more and more relaxed,
More and more open.
The breath lengthens,
Slows down,
Just for your intention.
As you tune into your breath and into the energy that is flowing through you,
You find yourself feeling more and more relaxed.
Imagine the beautiful energy in any color that you'd like and feel yourself completely filled with this beautiful light,
With this beautiful energy.
Imagine that your whole body is filled with this light,
Filled with this energy.
And you're feeling so calm,
So peaceful,
So relaxed as you bathe in this energy,
In this light.
This is a healing light,
Restoring your body to perfect health.
It's also a relaxing light,
Which takes you deeper and deeper.
And it's a spiritual light of the same quality as the light above you and all around you.
Imagine or visualize yourself in this cocoon of light,
Completely protected,
Surrounded by this energy of love,
Of healing.
Feel yourself floating in this energy,
Light,
Open,
Expanded.
And as you continue to float and bathe in this light,
Expanding,
Opening,
Feeling yourself lighter and lighter,
Brighter and brighter.
Take a moment to think about an aspect of yourself,
An area in your body or in your mind or in your emotions that you'd like to heal,
That you'd like to clear and release.
An aspect or a dimension of yourself or of your life that you feel,
If resolved,
Would bring about greater joy,
Inner peace,
Happiness,
And this feeling of wholesomeness.
And as you connect to this part,
Become aware of where you feel it,
In your field of energy,
In your body.
And imagine,
Feel or visualize where it is and what it looks like.
Connect to it in any way you choose,
While remaining relaxed,
Open,
Expanded.
As you continue in this state of expansion of openness,
Bathing in the light,
To focus on this part.
And any discomfort,
Any pain associated with this part.
Imagine that you can zoom in,
Getting closer and closer to this part,
As if you had a microscope and you were coming closer and closer to this part.
Seeing this part,
Feeling this part,
Becoming aware of this part,
Very very close,
While remaining in a state of expansion of openness.
And as you zoom into this part,
Imagine that you can actually step into it.
Maybe it's a space,
An object,
A feeling sensation,
A color,
A thought,
An image,
An idea.
Whatever form it takes for you,
When you zoom in,
However you experience it,
Just let yourself experience it.
And as you step into this part,
Allow yourself to feel what this part is feeling,
And its experience.
And imagine that from your state of expansion of openness in the field,
You can communicate with this part,
You can talk to it.
And you can ask it what it feels.
And let yourself experience the answer,
Through your own experience of it.
Maybe this part has something to share with you,
Something to say.
Whatever it shares with you,
Whether it's an image,
A word,
A thought,
A sensation,
Let yourself experience it,
Becoming aware of what this part is feeling.
And as you connect to what this part is feeling,
You can ask this part what it wants.
Whether this part is a thought,
An emotion,
A physical pain or sensation,
A habit.
Whatever it is,
Ask it what it wants,
Why it's here,
What its purpose is.
Continue asking this part,
Anything that arises in your consciousness,
As to why it's here,
What it feels,
What it wants,
What its intentions are.
Feeling love for this part,
Acceptance,
Compassion,
Listening.
And as you listen,
And you let the answers emerge,
You let yourself communicate with this part.
And as you listen,
You feel this part becoming more and more relaxed.
Maybe if you've been experiencing pain in your body,
You feel a reduction in your level of pain.
Maybe if you've had an incessant thought in your mind,
The volume also turns down or the thought begins to disappear.
If it's been an emotion that has been very active,
Repeating itself,
It also becomes less active,
Less triggered.
And it feels easier for this part to begin to merge with you,
Integrate with the whole of you.
No longer experiencing itself as separate,
Intently focused on the thought,
The emotion,
The pain,
The energy.
Dissolving and merging with the whole.
And as you feel the part letting go,
Surrendering to the whole,
Merging with the whole,
You give thanks.
You thank this part for all of its love,
For all of its care,
For all the ways in which it's been wanting to keep you safe and to help.
And you recognize all of its good intentions.
And you accept it,
You love it,
And you let go of any part of you that may have judged that part in the past or felt some inner conflict that might have resisted this part and what it was doing.
And as this part feels your love,
Your acceptance,
Your gratitude,
It continues to merge back into the whole.
Relaxing more,
Letting go,
Surrendering.
And as you thank this part and you feel deep gratitude for it,
You also let this part know that you no longer need protection,
That the insight and understanding from the pain or the behavior,
The thought,
The pattern,
The habit has now been received.
And that you are now conscious and aware of any prior imbalance,
Fear,
Belief,
Misapprehension that created this part.
And that from a higher perspective,
A more comprehensive approach and understanding,
You will be resolving the imbalance.
You will be creating harmony.
You'll be focusing on wholeness,
Well-being,
Love.
Without any need for any pain,
For any discomfort,
For any habit or pattern or thought to remind you,
To remain in this state of conscious awareness,
Of balance,
Of harmony.
And as you feel this part surrendering and merging back with the whole,
You feel a deep sense of goodness,
Of feeling good,
Feeling empowered.
Free from the pain,
Free from the anxiety,
Free from the discomfort or the stress.
You are now freer to experience the wholeness and the goodness of your being,
To experience yourself as one.
All parts of self working together as one in balance,
In harmony,
Integrated whole.
And this experience fills you with gratitude and a deep sense of peace.
You feel grounded in your body.
You feel whole.
In this feeling of wholeness,
Of gratitude,
Of grounding,
You expand.
You expand in the space within you and outside of you,
Merging into space.
Feeling the inner love merging with the outer love as one.
Feeling your entire body,
Your entire being with this love.
Bathing in this love.
And as you continue to experience yourself,
Bathing in this love,
In this state of wholeness,
You slowly begin to become aware of the space that you're in,
The room that you're in,
The sounds around you,
The space of your physical body,
Your breath.
Deepening your breath,
Bringing yourself back into this room,
Into this body,
Into this space and time.
In this state of wholesomeness,
Of integration.
And when you're ready,
You can gently and lovingly open your eyes.
