Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on your divine protection.
Experiencing the light,
The radiance,
The peace of your truest self and of your connection to the divine.
By practicing this meditation you'll easily feel a sense of safety,
Security,
And complete peace despite any chaos,
Fear,
Panic,
Challenge that's going on in the outside world.
So let's begin with several deep breaths.
Inhaling deeply and letting each exhale be a softening.
Take this time for yourself and as you breathe,
Let each breath bring you deeper and deeper into softness,
Into peace.
As you pull your energy away from the outside world and rest your attention upon yourself.
Breathing deeply and fully.
And feel yourself arriving in this moment in yourself.
There's nowhere else you have to be and there's nothing else you have to do right now.
Just you and your breath.
And let your next exhale be a complete melting of all and any tension.
Feel yourself softening into peace.
As you allow your attention to rest on your inner being,
The glowing,
Radiant light that you are.
The self,
The soul,
The conscious being of peace.
And as you breathe and allow any more limited identities to fade,
Resting your attention on your inner light,
Your inner peace.
We can become so caught up in our more external limited identities,
Roles,
Situations,
Body,
That we forget.
Our own inner source of light.
Awareness,
Clarity,
Wisdom,
Guidance.
And so we take this time now to reconnect with ourselves.
And remember our immeasurable strength.
Feeling in your mind and heart I am peace.
I am the eternal living soul.
And as you're aware of yourself,
The soul,
The conscious being who's listening right now,
Notice the softening,
The relaxing,
The melting of tension.
When we're empowered and aware of our true core,
Our true essence,
We feel the peace,
The power,
The purity,
The love,
The bliss.
That is at the heart of our nature.
And we're then able to allow these divine,
Elevating,
Healing qualities to flow.
And so feel these qualities of being,
These innate qualities of yourself,
The soul,
Filling your entire experience,
Love,
Peace,
Purity,
Power,
Bliss.
Naturally and easily,
These divine and healing energies flow through your body and mind.
Vibrations that are proven to heal,
To bless,
To transform.
You remember this is who I am.
Capable,
Wise,
Strong,
A lighthouse.
And so emanating from yourself,
From who you are,
The soul,
Is this first layer of this canopy of divine protection.
And you see this canopy of light surrounding you.
And for the next powerful layer of light,
We bring our attention to the source,
The divine,
The one.
And then,
Aware of ourselves as souls,
We connect to our divine parent,
Whose presence is an unlimited source of light,
Healing,
Power,
Purity,
Love,
And bliss.
Like parent,
Like child,
We have these qualities,
These divine qualities,
And we receive them from the one as we bring our attention to this most loving,
Peaceful being in all of existence.
And we bask in that one's light,
Like basking in the light of the sun,
Feeling ourselves enveloped in the most peaceful blanket of love,
Feeling ourselves recharged by this almighty power,
And feeling ourselves healed by this unshakeable presence of peace.
And we are filled by this unshakeable presence of peace.
And feeling ourselves absorbed in love,
Completely enveloped in this divine union,
This remembrance.

That you are in a fortress of divine protection.
Aware of yourself.
Aware of the divine.
See surrounded in divine light.
And you allow this light to flow and shower over the many souls of the world.
That this awareness,
This light may reach them,
May remind them of their divine protection.
As we remember our light,
Our spiritual connection,
We reawaken the wisdom,
The intuition,
The knowing,
The guidance within us to take the right steps for ourselves and our families so that we can then too be an angel of support,
Blessings,
And upliftment to others as well.
The more we are strong in our own core,
Our own light,
The more we are able to offer real support to the world.
Anchored in peace,
Anchored in love,
Anchored in light.
You are the light of this world.
You are the light of this world.
Aware,
Connected to the source,
The one,
Overflowing with divine protection.
You feel completely protected yourself and you create a shield of light of protection for others.
You are the light of this world.
Through your thoughts,
Your words,
Your actions,
Your pure feelings and intentions,
You are the light of this world.
You bring healing energy,
Hope,
Love,
And peace everywhere you go.
Wherever you are,
You are divinely protected and you bring light to all those around you.
You are the light of this world.

You are blessed and you bless others and you continue to remember your core of light,
Your connection of light,
And your divine canopy of protection of light.
As you go into your day,
Into your evening,
You maintain this spiritual connection and awareness and when you lose it,
You come back to it again and again.
As this service of light is the call of our time and you the soul answer that call with a heart full of love and peace knowing it is your divine duty,
Your divine destiny to be an angel of light,
A source of divine protection connected to the source for our world.
