Sit or lie on your back in a comfortable position and make sure you're not going to be distracted for the next 10 minutes or so.
Slowly close your eyes and take your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
And on the next inhale,
I want you to follow the breath in through the nose and down into the inner body.
Become aware,
Present and in the now.
Inhale deeply through the nose and let a strong exhale out through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply through the nose and on the exhale,
Allow the breath to carry away any tension that you're holding in your body.
One more time and this time as you exhale,
Make a sighing sound to allow your body to fully release and relax.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Let it go.
There's a buzzing,
Brilliant ball of energy just below the soles of your feet.
And you realize it has the ability to move through your body and allow each muscle,
Bone,
Ligament and organ to relax more deeply.
Give this ball of energy a colour.
And the first colour that springs to your mind is the perfect colour for you right now.
You feel this ball of energy begin to tickle the soles of your feet.
Every part of the body that I mentioned starts to soften,
Release,
Relax and let go.
The energy moves through your feet,
Shins,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hips,
Stomach,
Back,
Spine,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Neck,
Face.
Jaw,
Tongue,
Eyebrows,
Ears,
Skin,
Ego.
You're now totally and utterly relaxed.
Locate the area where you're feeling the physical or emotional pain.
Use your awareness and intuition to pinpoint and tune into the exact source of this pain.
Sometimes it may actually be coming from a different place where we originally thought it came from.
Notice it.
Watch it.
Begin to breathe into it.
Physical and emotional pain often crops up because it wants us to notice it.
And often it teaches us a lesson or reveals important information that we need to know for our health and wellbeing.
Tune into the area and mentally ask it to reveal a message to you.
Allow your mind to go blank and let the message simply present itself.
Visualise the buzzing ball bright healing energy in the same colour that you picked earlier.
And as you inhale,
You see this ball of energy growing bigger,
Brighter and stronger.
And as you exhale,
You see the energy being directed to the exact location of your pain,
Dissolving it and washing it away.
Inhale.
And exhale,
Allowing the energy to dissolve the blockages,
Tension and pain.
Inhale.
And exhale,
Releasing everything that no longer serves you.
And one more time,
And this is going to be the most powerful of them all.
Just know that you're safe and supported and loved.
And now is the time to release this blockage for good.
With this round,
You may feel an energetic and emotional release.
And that's fine.
It's time to let it go.
Inhale.
The ball of energy grows brighter,
Bigger,
More powerful.
Exhale.
It flows completely to the source of the pain,
Healing it,
Washing it away and replacing it with the most brilliant,
Bright,
Loving energy.
Allow these new energies and vibrations to settle.
Keep breathing gently.
Know now that big shifts are about to happen and you've done incredible work that's not only going to change your life,
But also cause an amazing shift in your outer reality too.
Start to bring your awareness back to your body and your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Twitch your nose.
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
