Good morning!

Thank you so much for joining me here in this mindful meditation,

Starting your day off on the right note.

As we get started,

Nestled in to a nice comfortable position.

Whether you're sitting up straight or laying down,

Just start to tune into your breath.

Nice big inhale through the nose,

Fill the belly with air,

Feel the chest rise,

And really taking in this gratitude for seeing another day.

The ability to make this day however you want it to be.

You are strong,

You are capable,

You are grateful.

Breathe it in and let it all go.

If you're feeling a little bit exhausted today,

That's okay.

Give yourself some grace,

Some kindness.

I want you to start to call back all of your energy.

Perhaps you've left pieces of your energy in different places,

With different people,

With different things.

I just want you to imagine all of these little pieces of your energy fitting together like a puzzle.

I want you to imagine that you're a magnet,

Calling back all of your energy all throughout the world,

And bring it back to yourself.

Take a breath in,

Exhale,

Release.

And with all of this newfound energy,

I want you to imagine this inner fire coming from about three fingers below your belly button.

And I want you to breathe into this area here,

Really igniting this inner fire,

Getting your energy back.

Start your day off.

Now I want you to imagine how you want to show up today.

Who do you want to be today?

What do you want to do today?

And how do you want to do these things?

Imagine yourself going through your day as the best version of yourself.

Breathe that in,

Feel it in your body,

Tune into the sensations,

And let it go.

And then allowing opportunities to flow to you,

And remembering to be very present.

Coming back to this present moment on this morning,

Not thinking about what we had last night for dinner,

What we're going to do later.

Come back to right here,

Right now.

Tuning into your breath,

Into your inhales,

The feeling of the air coming into your nostrils,

The feeling of your belly rising,

The feeling of your chest expanding,

The feeling of your muscles grazing whichever chair or bed you're sitting or laying on.

Come back to this safe space we've created here.

Breathe it in,

Finding gratitude for this morning,

For this day.

You get to show up as the best version of yourself today,

Whatever that means to you.

Thanking yourself for showing up today,

Finding love in your heart for yourself,

For committing to your meditation practice.

I'm very grateful you joined me this morning,

And I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

I'll see you in more meditation soon.

Much love.
