Hello and welcome to this meditation geared towards helping you connect back to yourself and overcome the feeling of loneliness.

So settle in,

Find a nice comfortable position,

Sitting up nice and tall or laying down,

Whatever feels best for you at this moment.

And start to drop into your breath,

Taking a nice big inhale,

Filling the belly with air,

Feeling the chest rise,

And slowly exhale,

Letting it all go.

And when we're feeling lonely,

Oftentimes it's wanting a sense of connection,

A sense of intimacy.

Sometimes we're bored with our own company.

So in this moment,

Can you give yourself extra compassion,

Love,

And grace?

Tap into the heart,

Tap into the love for yourself and for those you have in your life currently.

And knowing that this feeling will pass and accepting that it's okay to feel lonely,

That it ebbs and flows,

And remembering there's a difference between being alone and being lonely.

And so in this moment,

Can we be our own best company,

Finding something you love about yourself,

Tuning into a time that you were alone,

But you weren't lonely.

What about that time did you enjoy?

Can you tap into that right here and right now?

Can you let go just a little bit more,

Grounding yourself deeper into the position you're in and remembering you're never truly alone.

We are all one,

We are all connected together.

And finding this gratitude within yourself and this deep trust that the right people are going to show up at the right time.

Finding that resiliency within yourself to keep going,

Giving yourself the love you need,

That you deserve.

Finding that connection,

Deep down within yourself.

Slowly unclench the jaw,

Unfurl the brow,

Find a deeper relaxation here.

Letting go,

Not tensing your muscles.

Is there any way you can slide deeper into relaxation,

Releasing any tension.

Breathe it in,

Let it go.

Tune into your heart and cultivate this love for yourself,

Remembering you're currently safe in your body and in your mind.

How can you show up for yourself in this present moment?

How can you be what you need?

What can you say to yourself?

What can you do for yourself?

Take a few moments here,

Breathe it in,

Take another big,

Deep inhale through the nose,

Filling the belly with air,

Feeling your chest rise.

Slowly exhale out through the mouth,

Let it all go.

And remember that when you're feeling lonely,

Always coming back to yourself and reminding yourself that this feeling will pass.

So feel it,

Feel the loneliness and give yourself some love and compassion.

Feel free to listen to this meditation whenever you're feeling lonely to remind you to come back to yourself.

It's always here for you.

Remember to go slow,

Be gentle,

Be kind.

Thank you for listening and for meditating with me.

I hope to see you on more of my meditations and videos.

Much love.
