And welcome.
I'm so glad you're here.
Find a nice comfortable position whether that's laying down sitting up nice and tall Let your hands rest easy.
Close your eyes and take a big breath in through the nose.
Filling the belly with air,
Shoulders start to expand.
And we gently exhale out through the mouth.
You're here because something in you is searching.
Maybe it's a big decision.
Maybe it's a quiet pull to something new.
You can't quite put your finger on it yet.
Either way,
You know that how you're currently living,
Something needs to change.
You just don't know what step to take.
We're going to take the pressure off.
To have a decision by the end of this meditation.
We're just going to allow any messages to come up.
And allow yourself to be here.
Being present.
Without the pressure.
And by releasing the pressure,
We allow for information,
For intuition to start to shine through.
Take another slow breath in through the nose.
And at the top,
We're going to take another sip of air in.
And exhale out through the mouth.
Pursing our lips like we're sucking in air through a straw.
Breathing in.
And taking another sip of air at the top.
And then exhale all of the air out through that straw.
Starting to notice what's happening in your body right now.
Maybe there's some tightness some buzzing.
Some unsettling feelings.
That feeling of having a billion things swirling around in your mind at once and perhaps it's hard to land.
All of the options,
The fears,
The what-ifs,
Other people's opinions,
Your expectation of yourself.
We're not pushing any of that away.
We're just arriving.
We're landing inner body in this space and time.
Taking one more big breath in,
Sucking in the air through the straw.
And then take another sip of air at the top.
And sigh all of it out.
Wonderful.
Bringing all of your awareness to your mind,
Your brain,
That incredible hard-working brain that has been carrying so much.
Imagine all of the nervous energy in your body.
The anxious hum in your chest,
The tension in your shoulders.
The restlessness in the fingers and the toes,
The clench in the belly.
When it all starts to gather,
We start to collect it and we sweep it all the way from our toes up the legs.
Into the hip.
And the belly all the way up to the chest collecting from one arm all the way up to the shoulder and then the other And finally we let it rise through the neck all the way to the forehead.
And we start to cleanse the brain,
Cleansing the brain of all of that anxious energy,
The questioning,
The what ifs,
The shoulds.
We feel all of that energy in the mind.
Maybe there's a little bit of pressure,
Fullness.
Feeling into that.
And we're going to pluck it out.
So imagine reaching into the brain.
And cleansing that brain,
Plucking all of this energy out like we're washing it out in our hair.
And we pluck it out into space.
And we pull out this big cloud of energy,
Everything that's been clouding your clarity.
We lift it out.
And we release it into the space around you.
Watching it dissolve.
And we take a breath.
Scanning the body for anything lingering.
Any last bits of anxious,
Stressed-out energy?
We draw it up from the body,
Gathering it in the mind and we release it,
Letting it dissolve into space Let me just take a breath.
Feeling into the body.
How it feels to no longer be bogged down by the weights of this energy.
Maybe you feel a little bit of lightness in the body,
Buzzing,
An excitement to feel something new.
And we're going to fill that space with renewed revitalized energy.
Imagine a feeling.
Not necessarily an answer.
But just a feeling.
Of excitement,
Of knowing.
Clarity.
That feeling that lives in your body when something feels like a heck yes.
It feels right.
When you've made a choice that your whole body is grateful for.
Settle into that feeling.
And notice how that feeling starts to inhabit the crevices and your cells in the body.
Now gently.
Bring to mind the possible options of which you are deciding which path to go,
What step you want to take next.
And bring the first option to mind.
Without analyzing it.
Without listing the pros and cons.
You are letting it land in the body.
What do you notice?
When you envision yourself actually acting on this first option.
Tune into all of your senses,
What it feels like to touch in this option.
What smells there are.
What you can see and hear.
Fully embrace all senses in this first option.
As you do.
What do you notice?
Where do you feel this energy in the body?
Does your chest expand with excitement or start to contract with anxiety?
Does your belly soften or tighten?
Does something in you lean forward like you're being pulled to this option?
Or do you start to retract?
Noticing without judgment.
And then we box up this option and this energy.
We pull it into a nice bubble and we let it go on its way.
Start to bring in.
The second option.
Without overthinking it or explaining.
We simply feel and we let it land.
Imagining yourself in this second option.
What does your body say?
How does your body respond?
What would it be like to be fully immersed in the second option?
What do you see,
Hear,
Feel,
Smell?
Breathe all of that in.
What does it feel like to imagine yourself moving towards option two?
Is it lighter?
Heavier?
More like you or less?
Feel into the body here.
Let it speak and give you its knowing.
Things your mind has been too busy with all of the anxious energy to hear.
And start to trust what you felt.
Integrating the feeling Letting the mind land with the body.
Instead of letting the mind go a million miles an hour of what you just felt,
Let it start to land.
And call in the version of you who already knows.
Your highest self who has already chosen the decision.
Who has already taken the steps.
And you are living in clarity on the other side of this moment.
What does this version of you feel like?
How does this version of you carry yourself?
There's no spinning or anxiety or second guessing.
There's just pure bliss for making the choice.
Sit with this version of you for a moment and take in any guidance and messages that come up for you.
You don't have to make any big decision today.
Just come back to how you felt when you carved out this time to tune into your body.
And simply ask the body now,
What is one small step that you can take today that will move you towards more clarity?
It doesn't have to be the full plan,
Just the next right thing.
Giving yourself permission and allowing yourself to want what you actually want without any of the excess noise.
One step at a time towards clarity and the path that will bring you the most peace,
Contentment and fulfillment.
Start to deepen your breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Filling the belly with air.
Feeling the shoulders expand,
Full breath.
And then exhale,
Sigh,
Release everything out.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and slowly coming back to this space.
Carrying this feeling with you today as clarity comes in layers and you just peel back one piece.
