Thank you so much for joining me in this satisfaction poetic meditation.

This meditation is always here for you to find more satisfaction and fulfillment in your life.

So feel free to do this meditation for the next 21 days to really tap into satisfaction and remind the brain that your highest self is worthy and deeply fulfilled.

We often yearn for things ahead of us or behind us,

Reminiscing on the memories of our past as if they're precious jewels or holding on to painful memories as a crutch because we don't know who we are without that memory,

That experience,

That feeling.

We hope that our future feels brighter,

More loving,

More joyful,

So much so that we sprint over the only thing that is real,

The present moment.

In this present moment,

Take a look around you and inside of you.

What are you currently feeling?

Are there any spots that feel tense or light?

And can you find an appreciation for what is currently swirling around in your life?

What would it feel like to be fully satisfied with the here and now?

Who do you have to be to be fully satisfied with the here and now?

Would you show up differently?

Would you try something new and exciting like that activity that you've always wanted to do but never made the time for?

Will you tell that person how you feel about them?

What is currently holding you back from being fully satisfied?

Explore that deep within yourself.

Where does this juicy satisfaction come from?

What did it take to get it?

Can you visualize how you would show up differently when you feel fully fulfilled?

And can you feel that feeling currently in your body?

Breathe it in and let it go.

Where are you satisfied?

Can you give yourself more love?

Can you give others more love?

Can you find more joy in the things that you're doing?

The mundane little tasks like brushing your teeth or chatting with a friend?

How can you find more satisfaction in your everyday life?

Being satisfied isn't settling.

It doesn't mean that you cease wanting more for yourself.

There's room for both of these feelings at the table.

Being satisfied with where you are now with all intention to keep moving forward.

Yet if you're always moving forward,

When will you recognize that where you are is the most beautiful place to be?

Breathe in this moment this satisfaction,

This deep knowing that all of your deepest desires are on its way to you,

Trusting that they're coming so that you can take this precious moment exactly as it is.
