Welcome to your What If It Worked Out EFT Topping Meditation.
Today we are just going to tap on whatever we're feeling around maybe something in our lives not working out and then we're going to tap on the other side of that and allow ourselves to feel what it would feel like if it did work out and to really have that mindset that things are meant to work out for us.
Maybe they won't work out in the way that we thought they would work out but they are meant to work out for us.
Our life is meant to work out for us.
So go ahead right now before we get into it and think about something that you're trying to work on,
Some goal that you're trying to reach,
Whatever it is,
Think about what that is in your life and I want you to think about anything that comes up for you when you think about what if it worked out.
Maybe there is some doubt there,
There's some fear,
Whatever it is that's stopping that feeling of knowing that it's meant to work out for you.
I want you to grade those feelings,
Those doubts and fears from one through ten.
Ten being the strongest and we're going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable and all you need to do is just listen to the words that I say or you can say them aloud after me,
Whatever works best for you.
And just follow along to where you need to tap.
I'm going to tell you where to tap beforehand.
So let's get started.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I don't think it'll work out,
But I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes I really doubt anything working out,
But I fully love and accept myself.
I know it will all work out for me and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Exhale all of the doubt.
Side eye all of the fear.
Near eye all of the second guessing.
Under nose.
I want to release all of this.
Clear mouth.
I really want to believe it'll all work out.
Collarbone but that feels so hard sometimes.
Under your armpit.
It feels impossible to think that way.
Top of the head.
I don't like when those thoughts come up for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I want to trust that it'll all work out.
Side eye.
Even if it fails,
I want to trust that I was meant to try it anyway.
Under eye,
But it's so hard to get my mind to that place.
Under nose.
Sometimes I get stuck before I even start.
Under mouth.
I'm telling myself what's the point.
Collarbone and I don't want to do that anymore.
Under your armpit.
I want to believe that it'll all work out.
Top of the head.
I want to release the thoughts that don't help me to get to that place of knowing it'll work out.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if it worked out?
Side eye.
What if I failed and I still figured it out?
Under eye.
What if it turned out to be better than I ever imagined?
Under nose.
What if everything exceeded my expectations?
Under mouth.
What if it was all better than I could ever imagine?
Collarbone.
What if any failures ended up under your armpit,
Leading me to places that were better than I could imagine?
Top of the head.
What if I was always being led to the best possible outcome for me?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I'm beginning to believe that everything could be better than I thought.
Side eye.
I don't want to spend time thinking negatively anymore.
Under eye.
Thinking negatively about how things will turn out?
Under nose.
What if it doesn't serve me to think that way?
Under mouth.
I'm beginning to have hope that it could all turn out amazing.
Collarbone.
And that I'm being led in such a magical way.
Under your armpit.
I love this new hope that I am feeling.
Top of the head.
I'm beginning to believe that everything could be better than I thought.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's safe for me to be positive.
Side eye.
It's safe for me to believe that it's all working out for me.
Under eye.
It's safe for me to believe that I'm always being led.
Under nose.
I know that things can work out for me.
Under mouth.
I know that things will work out for me.
Collarbone.
I know that my soul is always leading me in the right direction.
Under your armpit.
I know that my soul is always leading me to the best possible outcome.
Top of the head.
I trust in my soul.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I'm going to start thinking about everything as if it'll work out.
Side eye.
I believe everything could have a chance of working out.
Under eye.
I also believe that if something doesn't work out,
It's not a bad thing.
Under nose.
I'm just being led to do something else.
Under mouth.
And that's okay.
Collarbone.
I believe anything could work out.
Under your armpit.
I believe everything is always working out for me.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to always think,
What if it worked out?
Can I fully love and accept myself?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
That's the end of this tapping meditation on what if it worked out.
And right now,
If you want to think again about that thing that you're working toward,
That thing that you want to work out for you in your life,
And think about any of those doubts and fears that you started with at the beginning of this meditation.
And I want you to grade how strong they are from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest,
And see if your number went down from the beginning when you first graded yourself.
And if you're at a four or below,
That generally means that you took a lot of the charge out of that energy out of that feeling,
And that's a good thing.
So if you're still a little bit higher,
You can always do this again.
But even if your number lowered at all,
That is amazing.
And I truly hope that you got into the energy of knowing that it'll all work out.
No matter what,
Everything is always working out for you.
And I hope that you truly know and feel that.
And I want to thank you so much for listening today.
