Welcome to your nervous system regulation EFT tapping meditation.
This tapping meditation is meant to help you if you feel a little stressed,
A little anxious,
A little overstimulated right now.
This will really help you to calm down and just regulate that anxious and stressed nervous system.
So I want you to go ahead right now and grade where you feel from 1 through 10.
10 being the most stressed,
The most unregulated,
And we're going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So go ahead and get comfortable.
I am going to tell you where to tap and then I'm going to say some phrases and you can either feel the words that I say or say them aloud after me.
So go ahead and in your comfortable spot I want you to begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Okay start tapping on the side of your hand.
This is the spot right in the middle of where the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist meet.
Even though I don't feel grounded right now,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I feel all over the place,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though my nervous system is not regulated,
I know I can get there and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I feel really stressed.
Now on the side of your eye.
I feel all over the place.
Under your eye.
I feel really wired.
Under your nose.
I feel really overwhelmed.
Under your mouth.
And I can't calm myself down.
Collarbone.
I don't like feeling this way.
Under your armpit.
And I just want to release it.
Top of the head.
I want to allow myself to calm down.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like feeling this way.
Side eye.
It's really hard when I don't feel grounded.
Under your eye.
It makes everything harder.
Under your nose.
And I hate that.
Under your mouth.
I just want to calm down.
Collarbone.
But it feels like I can't.
Under your armpit.
And I just want to release it all.
Top of the head.
I just want to let go of this turbulent energy that I'm holding on to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just allowed myself to take a breath?
Side of your eye.
What if I allowed myself to slow down a little bit?
Under eye.
What if I just stopped thinking about all of my obstacles right now?
Under nose.
Just for a few moments.
Under mouth.
So I could collect myself.
Collarbone.
What if I just took a big breath in and out?
Under your armpit.
What if I just let myself release all of the heaviness?
Top of the head.
What if I just allowed myself to rest for a moment?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Top of your eyebrow.
I know I'm bound to get overwhelmed sometimes.
Side of your eye.
And that's okay.
Under eye.
But I can allow myself a moment to calm down.
Under nose.
I allow myself to stop and take a breath.
Under your mouth.
Because I deserve that.
Collarbone.
I deserve to relax a little bit.
Under your armpit.
I deserve to have the things that I want and desire.
Top of the head.
I deserve to take a moment for myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I'm already feeling calmer right now.
Side of your eye.
I already feel less all over the place.
Under your eye.
I feel less wired right now.
Under your nose.
My head feels clearer.
Under your mouth.
And it feels really good right now.
Collarbone.
Sometimes all I need is just to remind myself to relax.
Under your armpit.
It feels so good to just relax.
Top of the head.
Feels so good when I can take a step back and just calm myself down.
Take a deep breath in and out.
I allow myself to take another big breath in and out.
Side of your eye.
I allow this calm feeling to take over my body.
Under your eye.
Nothing is more important than my health right now.
Under your nose.
When I feel more regulated,
I feel better in my skin.
Under your mouth.
And I make better decisions.
Collarbone.
And I can show up in the world as the best version of me.
Under your under your armpit.
It feels so good when my body feels more regulated.
Top of the head.
I allow my nervous system to feel more regulated right now.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Go ahead.
