This EFT Tapping Meditation is a great way to start your morning! We are going to work on filling you with gratitude so you can take that with you throughout your day! Start your day on a good note with thoughts of gratitude and thanks. Music by Chris Collins

Welcome to your morning gratitude EFT tapping meditation.
During this EFT tapping meditation,
We're going to work on building your feeling of gratitude.
So right now,
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
Works best if you're sitting up,
But if you want to lie down,
That can work too.
During this meditation,
I'm going to tell you where to tap and you can either say the statement out loud with me or in your head.
Whatever works best for you.
During this meditation,
I want you to truly work on increasing your gratitude,
No matter how small something is that you feel grateful for.
Let that come into your mind space while we're tapping.
The more you feel grateful for the small things,
The more that feeling can lead us into gratitude in other bigger places in our lives.
Okay,
Let's get started.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I am so grateful for all that I have on this lovely morning and I love and accept myself.
I'm so glad I woke up today and I get to experience this feeling of gratitude and I love and accept myself.
No matter how small,
I know I can always feel grateful for something every morning to start my day off in a good place and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am grateful for all that I have.
Side eye,
I feel so grateful waking up today.
Under eye,
I am so glad I get to do all that I need to and want to do in my day.
Under nose,
I am so grateful I get to work towards any goals I currently have today.
Under mouth,
I want to release anything not allowing me to feel grateful right now.
Collarbone,
Gratitude is so important in my happiness and I want to be able to access it whenever I need to.
Under armpit,
I don't want to do anything to get in the way of my happiness.
Top of the head,
So I choose to feel grateful no matter what.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Today is such a special day.
Side eye,
I am so glad I woke up today.
Under eye,
I am so glad I get to live my life today.
Under nose,
Even if I have times today where it may be hard to feel grateful.
Under mouth,
I know I can always come back to this moment of gratitude.
Collarbone,
I can always come back to this feeling I am sitting in right now.
Under your armpit,
Because no matter how small,
Top of the head,
I am grateful for all that I have in this life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I deserve the happiness that gratitude brings me.
Side eye,
I deserve to be happy.
Under eye,
I deserve all that I want in this world.
Under nose,
And I am truly grateful for all that I have.
Under mouth,
I feel so grateful for all that today may bring me.
Collarbone,
I know that anything today brings me will be amazing.
Under your armpit,
I deserve to have an amazing day.
Top of the head,
I deserve to be happy today.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I feel so grateful for all that I have.
Side eye,
I feel so grateful for all that I get to do in this world at this time.
Under eye,
I was brought here right now for a reason.
Under nose,
Every day I wake up,
I feel so happy that I'm here right now at this time.
Under mouth,
I am such a special and unique person and I'm here right now to share my unique gifts to the world.
Collarbone,
No matter what,
I can always find something small to be grateful for.
Under your armpit,
I am so grateful for all that I have.
Top of the head,
I feel so grateful for all that I have right now and all that I get to work towards today.
Take a deep breath in and out.
That concludes the tapping.
Right now,
Since we're filled with so much gratitude,
I want you to just close your eyes just for a few moments.
We're going to fill our whole body with gratitude that we just worked on building during that tapping routine.
So go ahead and imagine a strong feeling of gratitude.
Imagine that energy in a pure white ball.
Sitting right at the top of your head.
That energy is full of gratitude and it's relaxing and calming and balancing.
I want you to now feel that energy start to flow into your body right at the top of your head.
That grateful feeling and energy is moving down through your face,
Down through your jaw,
And down through your neck,
Down through your chest,
And down both of your arms,
Down through your stomach,
Over your hips,
Down both of your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
And now that energy that is just filled with gratitude,
Relaxation,
Calming,
Balancing energy,
It's filling your whole body.
It's swirling all through your body,
Releasing anything that's not allowing you to feel those things,
Releasing all that's not allowing you to access the gratitude that you want to feel.
It's just swirling and flowing through your whole body.
And right now,
You're also more able to focus on the things that you are grateful for in your life,
No matter how big or small.
Your feelings toward those things are just flowing throughout your whole body,
And it's making that feeling stronger.
And the stronger it gets,
The more easy it'll be to access tomorrow or any day in the future.
And the more you'll be able to feel it with more things in your life,
And the more you look for that feeling,
The more you'll take things out of your life that don't give you that feeling.
So just continue to feel that balancing,
Relaxing,
Calming,
Grateful energy in your body.
Now we're going to start opening our eyes.
Now that we've sat in this energy for a few moments,
You can move your fingers and your toes.
And I hope that during this meditation,
You're able to feel some gratitude about some things in your life and about your day ahead of you.
And you can take that energy with you.
