Welcome to your letting go EFT tapping meditation.
During this meditation,
We are going to tap on letting go of anything that you want to let go of in your life right now.
This can be something that's super big in your life that you're trying to let go of and it can also be something really small.
Right now,
Why don't you go ahead and grade whatever it is that you're letting go of on a scale of 1 through 10.
10 being the most time,
Energy,
Whatever it is that that thing takes up in your life and how much of a negative charge or feeling that you feel around it.
And we are going to have the goal of getting that number down throughout this meditation.
So why don't you go ahead and get comfortable and we're going to get started.
So start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I'm having a hard time letting go,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it's hard for me to see what's on the other side of letting go,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I can let go and believe I'm doing the right thing for me and that even better things await me on the other side.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It feels so hard to let go.
Side eye.
It feels so hard to have faith that I am doing the right thing.
Under eye.
Deep down,
I know that I am.
Under nose.
But it still feels so hard.
Under mouth.
And I want to release that.
Collarbone.
I want to let the pain go.
Under your armpit.
I want to have trust in myself.
Top of the head.
I want to know that I am doing the right thing.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I want to fully believe in myself.
Side eye.
I want to fully believe in all the things that I feel.
Under eye.
And this feels so hard for me right now.
Under nose.
I want to release all of these things that stop me from letting go right now.
Under mouth.
I want to have faith.
Collarbone.
Because I don't always feel like I do.
Under your armpit.
I don't always believe in myself.
Top of the head.
I want to release all of these heavy feelings.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I knew that I couldn't fail?
Side eye.
What if I knew that listening to myself was always the right choice?
Under eye.
What if something better awaited me after letting go?
Under nose.
What if my life felt so much better after I let go?
Under mouth.
What if I started to become the person that I've always seen myself being after I let go?
Collarbone.
What if I felt like a better version of me once I let go?
Under your armpit.
What if it felt so good to let go?
Top of the head.
What if letting go leads me to all of the things that I have been asking for for so long?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to let go.
Side eye.
I allow myself to release anything that's not serving me.
Under eye.
I know it feels hard right now and it's going to.
Under nose.
And I know it will be different from this time forward.
Under mouth.
But that's okay.
Collarbone.
It's exciting that things will change.
Under your armpit.
It's exciting that my life will look different.
Top of the head.
It's exciting that I will be different.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I deserve to let go.
Side eye.
I deserve to release what doesn't serve me.
Under eye.
I deserve to see what's on the other side of letting go.
Under nose.
I deserve to see all that's in store for me when I let go.
Under mouth.
I deserve to have all that I've ever wanted.
Collarbone.
An eye release that might not happen if I'm still holding on.
Under your armpit.
I deserve to stop holding on to what isn't serving me.
Top of the head.
I deserve to have it all.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I see such amazing things for myself.
Side eye.
I see such amazing things for my life.
Under eye.
I see so much good coming for me.
Under nose.
I see all of this waiting for me after I let go.
Under mouth.
I believe that I can do this.
Collarbone.
I have faith in myself.
Under your armpit.
I have faith that I will have all that I'm meant to.
Top of the head.
I have faith that letting go is the right choice for me and I fully love and accept myself.
