Welcome to your I Love Myself EFT Tapping Meditation.
This tapping is going to be so supportive in our self-love challenge,
Helping you to release anything not allowing you to love yourself today,
And just stepping into that love for yourself that is deep down,
That maybe sometimes is overtaken by other feelings and other emotions.
We are stepping into that today.
We are releasing a lot of those feelings and emotions standing in our way.
And this should be a really good supportive feeling tapping.
But if for some reason it feels a little bit heavy,
Don't be too hard on yourself.
And just allow the feelings to happen.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings that come up for you.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable.
And let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Tap on the side of your hand.
Even though I don't always love myself,
It's okay.
Even though sometimes it's really hard to love myself,
It's okay.
I know deep down that I love the person that I am,
And I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I don't always love myself.
Side of your eye.
But that's okay.
Under your eye.
It's normal for feelings to fluctuate.
Under your nose.
It's normal to not feel amazing all of the time.
Under your mouth.
But deep down,
I know that I have so much love for myself.
Collarbone.
Love for the person that I am.
Under your armpit.
Love for the person that I'm becoming.
Top of the head.
And I want to release anything standing in the way of that love.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I love the person that I have been in my past.
Side of your eye.
Sometimes it's hard to think about who that person was.
Under eye.
But I allow that person and what they were going through space.
Under nose.
I respect where that person was on their journey.
Under your mouth.
And I have deep love for that person.
Collarbone.
That person is what got me to where I am today.
Under your armpit.
And I respect that person and what they went through so much.
Top of the head.
I love that version of me so much.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I love the person that I am now.
Side of your eye.
Sometimes I think I'm not exactly where I want to be.
Under your eye.
But that's okay.
Under your nose.
I know how much I have done to get here.
Under your mouth.
And I appreciate and love that so much.
Collarbone.
I have grown so much as a person to get here.
Under your armpit.
And I love that so much about this version of me.
Top of the head.
I can't wait to see where this version of me goes.

I love the person that I am becoming.
Side of your eye.
I love the person that I am stepping into.
Under your eye.
I love the person I am on my way to become.
Under your nose.
I love all versions of me.
Under your mouth.
Without all of those versions of me,
I wouldn't be who I am right now.

They were all so important and continue to be.

And I have so much love and respect for myself.

I truly love myself even when it feels hard.
