This EFT Tapping meditation for healthy eating will help you to stay in the mindset of eating in a way that is supportive to you. This is not about weight but about feeling your best. Welcome to your eating healthy EFT tapping meditation.
We're going to start by sitting up and getting comfortable with EFT tapping.
It's going to be easiest for you to sit up,
But if you need to lie down,
That can work also.
This EFT tapping meditation is going to focus on helping you to get to a place where you want to eat healthier so you feel your best and move energy through you that is not allowing you to get there.
I want you to just think about letting it all go during this meditation.
Other things that are going on may come up for you and that's okay.
We want to acknowledge those thoughts,
But then also let those thoughts know that we can come back to them.
And right now is the time that we're focusing on our relationship with eating healthy and feeling our best.
Eating can be extremely powerful in moving energy through our bodies.
Okay,
Now we're going to begin.
I want you to first think about how hard it is for you to eat healthy or stick with eating healthy and on a scale from one to 10,
Grade how you feel just thinking about it.
10 being the strongest.
When I say this tapping statements,
You can feel free to say them after me or just repeat them in your head,
Whatever works best for you.
Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Let's start tapping on the karate chop point on the side of our hand for the setup statement.
Sometimes I don't eat in a way that helps me feel my best and I fully love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I know I could be eating healthier,
But can't push myself to do it.
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can eat better to feel better and I fully love and accept myself.
Eyebrow,
All of the stress,
Side eye,
All of the anxiety,
Under eye,
All of the pain I feel right now.
Under nose,
I want to release those feelings.
Under mouth,
It doesn't feel good to eat how I've been eating.
Collarbone,
I don't feel good.
Under your armpit,
It's not serving me to continue to eat what I've been eating.
Half of your head,
I want to release any feelings that are keeping me eating things that don't serve me.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Brow,
Eating how I've been eating isn't aligned with how I want to feel.
Side eye,
Eating in this way isn't allowing me to get to the place I want to get with my body.
Under eye,
I want to feel my best.
Under nose,
I want to look my best.
Under mouth,
I want to release all that isn't allowing me to get there.
Collarbone,
I want to release all that feels heavy to me right now.
Under your armpit,
I want to eat in a way that makes me feel my best.
Top of your head,
I want to eat in a way that makes me feel my best.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if it was easy to eat healthy?
Side eye,
What if it was easy to eat in a way that made me feel my best?
Under eye,
What if I could easily release whatever wasn't allowing me to eat healthy?
Under nose,
Whatever wasn't allowing me to feel my best?
Under mouth,
Whatever wasn't serving me on my journey to be healthy?
Collarbone,
What if it was that easy?
Under your armpit,
What if I just let go of anything standing in my way?
Top of your head,
What if it wasn't hard to be healthier?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am healthy.
Side eye,
I eat healthy foods every day.
Under eye,
I eat healthy foods that help me to feel my best.
Under nose,
Healthy eating is easy for me.
Under mouth,
Feeling my best is better than any food that may not make me feel my best.
Collarbone,
No matter how happy it seems like those bad foods will make me.
Under your armpit,
I know they won't.
Top of your head,
I know there is a time for those foods,
But that time is not today.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know I'm allowed to feel healthy.
Side eye,
I know I'm allowed to feel my best.
Under eye,
Feeling my best and eating well is safe for me.
Under nose,
When I feel better because I eat well,
My whole life feels better.
Under mouth,
I love feeling my best.
Collarbone,
I love eating in a way that helps me to feel my best.
Under your armpit,
When I feel good,
Life is good.
Top of your head,
When I feel good,
Anything is possible for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am healthy.
Side eye,
I feel my best because I'm eating in a way that supports me.
Under eye,
I do not eat in a way that makes me feel bad.
Under nose,
I am allowed to feel good with the things that I eat.
Under mouth,
Feeling good and healthy is safe for me.
Collarbone,
Eating healthy is a choice I make every day.
Under your armpit,
I am healthy.
Top of your head,
I eat healthy to feel my best every day.
Take one last deep breath in and out.
I want you to think about the same thing you graded at the beginning of this session.
When you think about how you felt about eating healthy before,
I want you to grade it again between a 1 through a 10.
10 being the strongest.
Hopefully your number went down after moving all of that energy through your body.
You're now more prepared to eat healthy and in a way that best supports your body.
If you want,
You can do this tapping routine over again in order to move more of that energy through your body.

Thanks Nicole. EFT works. At the start I was at 8.5 for white flour carbohydrates. At the end of your session, my cravings and desires went down to a 2. Yes!

Great mantras for those with unhealthy foods habits. Could tailor some of them for food issues too to be more inclusive. Example: I will not eat more than I need, I will only eat when Iβm hungry and stop before Iβm full.
