Welcome to your Following Your Intuition EFT Topping Meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on releasing anything we may be carrying when it comes to listening to ourselves and what we truly want.
Sometimes we look too much to outside sources for everything and we stop tuning in and listening to ourselves.
We stop listening to what our bodies and our brains are trying to tell us.
It can also be a little hard sometimes because our reactions can be very rooted in the past.
But this is about letting go of that and just trusting ourselves in the moment.
Being able to look at a situation or a moment or a person and just truly trust ourselves and how we feel on it.
So right now,
I just want you to think about how hard you feel it is to just trust and follow your intuition.
And on a scale of 1 through 10,
Grade how you feel just thinking about it.
10 being the strongest and the hardest.
So once you have your number,
You can go ahead and get comfortable sitting up or lying down,
Whatever works best for you.
And I'm going to tell you where to tap during the meditation.
So if you want to just close your eyes or you keep them open,
Whatever works best for you.
So now that you're comfortable,
Let's begin.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes it's hard to follow my intuition,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I don't always believe everything I feel I should do,
But I love and accept myself anyways.
I know I can get to a place where it feels easy to follow my intuition and I love and accept myself.
Eyebrow all of the worry.
Side eye all of the pain.
Inner eye all of the stress I feel.
Under nose of not knowing what to do sometimes.
Under mouth or not believing in what I feel deep down is true.
Collarbone I want to release that.
Under your armpit.
I don't want to always second guess myself.
Top of the head.
I don't want to always question what I know deep down is true.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I know that always questioning my feelings may come from my past.
Side eye maybe things haven't always worked out the way I thought they should.
Under eye.
So now I question how I feel.
Under nose and it doesn't always feel good.
Under mouth.
I want to recognize that everything that happened in my past is valid.
Collarbone but I want to release anything I'm still carrying that makes me question myself.
Under your armpit.
I want to be able to believe myself.
Top of the head and I want to more easily trust my gut.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow What if I could easily listen to myself and my feelings?
Side eye what if I didn't always question how I really felt about something.
Under eye what if I just believed myself.
Under nose what if believing myself wasn't hard.
Under mouth what if I just made decisions based on how I felt about something.
Collarbone instead of going back and forth with myself for a long time.
Under your armpit what if I just let it flow.
Top of the head what if it was easy for me to follow my intuition.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I truly believe in myself.
Side eye I believe in the thoughts that I have.
Under eye and the feelings I have.
Under nose I believe everything I feel and think is valid.
Under mouth I know that if I feel something isn't right.
Collarbone I can trust that it's not.
Under your armpit and I know that if I feel that something is good.
Top of the head I can trust that it is.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I can trust myself and all of my feelings.
Side eye I can always believe myself.
Under eye I know best.
Under nose I won't let my decisions and feelings be rooted in my past.
Under mouth I believe how I feel now.
Collarbone and I release the past.
Under your armpit so I can more easily hear how I feel now.
Top of the head I trust that I know what is best.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I don't have to look to other people.
Side eye or other sources to tell me what's right.
Under eye I know what's right.
Under nose it's all inside of me.
Under mouth I have all of the power.
Collarbone and all of the magic I could ever need or want is inside of me.
Under your armpit I believe and trust in myself.
Top of the head no matter what I always follow and listen to my intuition.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay that concludes the tapping part of this meditation.
If you close your eyes you can go ahead and open them,
Move your fingers and your toes.
And if you want you can regrade yourself on the issue that you started with at the beginning of the session from a 1 through a 10.
10 being the strongest and see if your number went down.
For and below being the sweet spot but if your number went down at all that's always positive.
So I hope you feel a little lighter right now and more prepared to listen and trust yourself when you feel those little intuitive nudges.
