Welcome to your Finding Patience EFT Tapping Meditation.
This meditation is going to be great for you if you're having a hard time to find patience in your life.
Maybe it's just on your life trajectory in general or just something happening in your life right now.
So if you want,
You can go ahead and grade yourself on the amount of patience that you have or don't have from one through 10,
10 being the least amount of patience.
And we are going to work through that and grade ourselves at the end.
So you can go ahead and start by getting comfortable and just think about anything in your life that is causing you to really not have the patience right now,
Anything that you don't have patience around and just keep that in mind as we tap.
And all you're going to have to do is just follow me along as I tap.
I'm going to tell you the points to tap on and then I'm going to say a phrase and you can either say that phrase aloud or you can just repeat it in your head or you can even just feel what I say,
Whatever works best for you.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable and we are going to start by taking a deep breath in and out.
And I want you to start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I don't always have patience,
I fully love and accept myself.
Even though patience feels so hard for me,
I fully love and accept myself.
I know I can get to a place where patience isn't so hard for me and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Sometimes I hate that things don't just happen.
Now on the side of your eye.
I hate having to wait.
Under your eye.
It's hard for me to be in the moment.
Under your nose.
It's hard for me to just allow things to happen.
Under your mouth.
I want to release all of that.
Collarbone.
I want to allow myself to be more patient.
Under your armpit.
I want to allow myself to relax.
Top of the head.
Even though it's so hard for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Waiting is not easy for me at all.
Side eye.
Living in the moment is hard for me.
Under your eye.
I seem to always look into the future.
Under nose,
Instead of just living in the now.
Under mouth,
And just having patience for how things will turn out.
Collarbone.
I want to release all of this.
Under your armpit.
I want to let it all go.
Top of the head.
I want to have patience.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I allowed myself to be more in the moment?
Side eye.
What if I allowed myself to live right now?
Under eye.
What if I stopped focusing only on the future?
Under nose.
What if I stopped focusing on how long things will take to happen?
Under mouth.
What if I just accepted that things will take how long they need to take?
Collarbone.
What if I just accepted that I can't rush anything?
Under your armpit.
What if I knew the best things in life are never rushed?
Top of the head.
What if I allowed myself to just have patience?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to be present now.
Side eye.
I allow myself to think about what's happening for me now.
Under eye and focus less on the future.
Under nose.
It's not wrong or bad to think about the future.
Under mouth.
But I allow myself to focus less on the future.
Collarbone so I can live in the now.
Under your armpit so I can be more present in my life.
Top of the head so I can have more patience in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I am patient.
Side eye.
I do not rush in my life.
Under eye.
I have all the time in the world.
Under nose.
Time doesn't mean anything.
Under mouth.
Time is something I impose on myself.
Collarbone but I allow myself to release from the thought.
Under your armpit that everything has to happen at a certain time.
Top of the head.
This is my life and I have as much time as I need.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Patience feels so good in my body.
Side eye.
It tells me I don't have to rush.
Under eye.
I don't have to do things that I don't want to.
Under nose.
I can wait for the really good things.
Under mouth.
As long as I just relax.
Collarbone and let myself know that it's okay.
Under your armpit.
It's okay to take things slow and wait.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to have patience in my life and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay.
That is the end of our EFT tapping meditation on finding patience.
You can go ahead and regrade whatever you graded at the beginning of this meditation on how much patience you currently had,
Whether it was for the trajectory of your life or just something in your life in general.
And go ahead and grade it from a one through 10,
10 being the least patient and just see if your number went down from the beginning.
And in general,
Just see,
Do I feel better right now?
Do I feel more at ease with how things are happening?
Do I feel lighter in my body?
Just take stock of all of those things right now and just allow yourself to feel into that patience and to know that it's okay that right now things are working out as they are working out and that's okay.
And go ahead and repeat this as many times as you need.
If you really still have trouble finding that patience or you need to get to a place where you feel better about where things are right now.
So go ahead and feel free to do this as many times as you'd like.
So I want to thank you so much for listening today and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
