Welcome to your embracing gratitude EFT tapping meditation.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
EFT tapping is going to be best done while you're sitting up,
But you can also lie down because I will direct you on where to tap.
Along with the tapping,
I'm going to say all the statements out loud for you.
You can say them aloud back to me or just in your head.
Whatever feels best for you.
Before we get started,
I want you to grade.
How you feel about accepting and embracing gratitude in your life.
Is that feel hard for you?
If so,
Depending on how that feels,
Grade it from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest.
During this EFT tapping meditation,
We're going to work on getting out some of the things that aren't allowing us to embrace the gratitude in our lives.
So hopefully that number will go down and if not,
You can do this tapping routine more than once.
So now that you have your number,
Just keep that in mind,
But we're going to get started.
So start tapping right now on the karate chop or the side of your hand.
Sometimes it's hard for me to feel gratitude,

Okay let's take a big cleansing breath.
So breathe in and out.
Okay that concludes the tapping part of this session.
You should have released a lot of energy around embracing gratitude in your life.
And if you want you can grade yourself again from a one through a ten on how comfortable you feel embracing and receiving gratitude in your life.
Ten being the strongest and one being the easiest.
So I hope that number went down for you.
I generally say that a four and below is the sweet spot but as long as the number went down that works too.
And you can always do this again.
Just make sure you're taking some deep breaths afterwards,
Drinking some water,
Continuing to move that energy through you.
I want to thank you so much for listening to this meditation today and thank you so much for your support.
