Welcome to your detox EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to be great for you if you are detoxing from anything,
Whether it's a health situation or some sort of a mental situation where you are just taking yourself away from things that no longer serve you.
This meditation is going to really help you to fully release everything that you need to release right now and allow yourself to feel good in this process even in the times where it doesn't feel so good because detoxing can be very hard and difficult on your body and your mind.
So this is really going to help in this situation.
You can go ahead and get comfortable however it is you want to sit.
Sitting up works best but if you want to lie down that can work too.
And I'm going to tell you where to tap and I'm going to say a phrase.
All you have to do is say the phrase aloud or in your mind as I'm saying it or after I say it.
And we're going to take some deep breaths in between each round of tapping to further help you to release everything that you need to release within this tapping today.
We're going to start by just thinking about what it is that you are feeling right now.
Maybe how intense the detox process is feeling for you and I want you to grade that from a one through ten.
Ten being the most intense and maybe most miserable sort of feelings that you're having whether it's physical or mental.
And just grade yourself from a one through ten and we're going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So go ahead and let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I don't feel my best right now I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it's so hard to let all of this out of my body and my mind I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get to a place where I can just let it go and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Changing my body is hard.
Side of your eye.
Letting go of things that have been in my body is hard.
Under your eye.
In some ways I know that I want to change.
Under nose.
But in other ways I want to stay the same.
Under your mouth and not let go of things that I've carried for so long.
Collarbone but I know it will feel so much better to let go.
Under your armpit and to release what no longer serves me.
Top of the head.
So I allow myself to let it all go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Under your brow.
I no longer want to carry this heaviness with me anymore.
Side of your eye.
I want to know what it's like to let go of this.
Under your eye.
Even though it may feel scary at times.
Under nose.
I want to let it all go.
Under mouth.
I want to release what no longer serves me.
Under your arm pit.
I want to be the best version of me.
Top of the head.
I know it's going to feel so good to let it all go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I allowed detoxing to feel good?
Side of your eye.
What if I knew it was a positive step for me?
Under eye.
What if I knew it was good to let all of this go?
Under nose.
What if it felt good to let it all go?
Under mouth.
What if I was a better version of me after letting it go?
Collarbone.
What if I just allowed my body to get rid of what it no longer needed?
Under your armpit.
What if my body felt so good afterwards?
Top of the head.
What if my body,
Feeling good,
Helped my mind feel good?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow my body to release what it no longer needs.
Side of your eye.
I allow my body to let go of what no longer serves it.
Under eye.
I allow myself to do this for me.
Under nose,
To feel better in my body.
Under mouth,
And to feel better in my mind.
Down,
To be a better version of me.
Under your armpit.
To lead myself in the direction I am meant to go.
Top of the head,
And to feel less burdened in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's safe for me to let this all go.
Side eye.
It's safe for my body to feel better.
Under eye.
It's safe for my mind to work better.
Under nose.
It's safe for me to be a better version of me.
Under mouth.
It's safe for me to just release.

It's safe for me to feel my best.

It's safe for me to detox my body of what I no longer need.
Take a deep breath in and out.

I know detoxing is going to be so good for me.

It's going to allow myself to feel so good after my detox.

Detoxing is going to help my body feel so good.
Under nose.
It's going to help my mind feel so good.
Under mouth.
Detoxing is exactly what I need right now.

Detoxing is going to allow me to be the best version of me.

Detoxing is going to allow me to feel so good.

I love how I feel when I detox my body and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.

If you want to go ahead and grade how you feel from a one through 10,
10 being maybe the strongest,
Most intense sort of physical or mental symptoms you're experiencing,
And just see if your number went down at all.
And you can always come back and do this over again if you feel it was very helpful to you in your detoxing process.
And I want you to always remember that if you shed any tears during this,
If you yawned,
If you felt like you were releasing,
Whether it was mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically,
That is so good for you.
And please go ahead and drink some water after this.
Go for a walk.
Do something to keep moving that energy out of your body.
That is going to really help you further on your detox process and just help you continue to release whatever is no longer serving you in your body and your mind.
