Welcome to your Ascension Support EFT Tapping Meditation.
This meditation is going to be very supportive and perfect for you if you consider yourself a lightworker or someone that is here to raise the vibration of this planet.
A lot of times,
People that incarnate here on this planet in order to raise the vibration and do good,
They go through a lot of uncomfortable symptoms in order to help the planet.
And by raising their vibration,
They are raising the vibration of the planet.
But again,
I said that you can experience some uncomfortable symptoms and that is what we are here to tap on today.
Sometimes you might have physical symptoms.
You might have emotional symptoms.
And it's all for you to become the best version of you.
To be the person that helps the world.
To be the person that helps people around you.
That is why you are experiencing what you are experiencing.
So I wanted to create this to give you some support to remind you that no matter what uncomfortable things you are experiencing,
It is for your greater good.
And it is why you are here today.
So go ahead right now and grade whatever Ascension symptoms you're having from 1 through 10.
10 being the most uncomfortable.
And we are going to tap through them.
And at the end,
We are going to regrade ourselves and see if our number went down at all.
So right now,
Go ahead and get comfortable.
And you can start by taking a deep breath in.
And out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I don't always feel amazing as I am ascending,
I fully love and accept myself.
Even though I don't always believe that everything is happening for my greater good,
I fully love and accept myself.
I know I can get to a place where I accept that all of the things that I am experiencing are for my greater good.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
All of the heaviness.
Side eye.
All of the symptoms that I am feeling in my body.
Under eye.
All of the emotions that I am feeling.
Under nose.
All of the things coming to light.
Under mouth.
I want to release.
Collarbone.
I want to allow myself to experience this energy.
Under your armpit.
But I want to allow myself to release anything that feels negative.
Top of the head.
Or anything that I've been holding onto for too long.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
I want to know that all of this is for my greater good.
Side eye.
But it's hard sometimes.
Under eye.
It's hard to feel that what is happening is for me.
Under nose.
When I mostly feel like everything is happening to me.
Under mouth.
I want to get to a place where I know that everything is happening for me.
Collarbone.
And I know that somewhere deep down.
Under your armpit.
But I don't always feel it.
Top of the head.
I know that I can get to a place where I feel it more deeply.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
What if I believed that all of this was happening for my greater good?
Side eye.
What if I knew that this was happening because of who I am meant to become?
Under eye.
What if this is happening because I am here to help the vibration of the planet?
Under nose.
What if I knew that I was here to help others?
And I can do it better if I allow myself to ascend.
Under mouth.
What if I allowed everything that needs to happen to happen?
Collarbone.
What if I accepted all that I am feeling right now?
Under your armpit.
What if I allowed myself to feel good during this time?
Top of the head.
What if I accepted that I needed to feel all of these things to become a better version of me?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I know everything happening is for my greater good.
Side eye.
I know I am becoming a better version of me.
Under eye.
I know I am here for so much.
Under nose.
I know I am here to help others.
Under mouth.
I know I am here to help raise the vibration of the planet.

And some things may have to change within me to do that.
Under your armpit.
And that's okay.

It's totally normal to let go of anything not serving me right now.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I know that my higher self is so happy right now.
Side eye.
My higher self knows that everything happening is helping me.
Under eye.
Allowing me to become who I was meant to be.
Under nose.
Allowing me to become who I was brought here to be.
Under mouth.
I trust everything is happening for my greater good.

Everything is happening for a reason.
Under your armpit.
Everything is happening to help me.

And in turn,
I can help others.
Take a deep breath in.

I know I am here to do so much good.

And in order to do all of that good.
