Welcome to this sound meditation.
In our practice today,
I welcome you to find a comfortable posture,
Either seated or lying down.
Letting your body soften and bringing in some deeper breaths.
Moving your awareness into the sounds.
Being with them as they come and go.
If your mind ever wanders,
Just notice it and bring it back into the sounds when you're ready.
Softening any tension in the body.
Moving back into the breath and back into the sounds.
Allowing each sound to travel throughout the body.
And now noticing how you feel.
If your eyes are closed,
Allowing them to gently open and coming back.
