Hi.

Welcome to this sonic unwind meditation.

In our practice today,

I first welcome you to get very cozy.

Getting nice and comfortable in your bed or wherever you are looking to unwind tonight.

Getting into a comfortable position.

Lying down.

Seated.

Whatever your body needs.

And just allowing your breath to move in and out gently through the nose.

Softening into the shoulders.

Relaxing into the jaw.

Beginning to let go of the day.

Telling your body that you can unwind.

Breathing deeply and listening to the sounds of the bowls and sensula.

Deepening the breath.

Allowing each exhale to further soften your body.

If your mind is thinking,

Simply noticing it and moving back into the sounds.

Allowing them to wash over your body.

Breathing slowly and deeply.

Seeing if you can breathe slower and deeper.

Making each exhale soft and easy.

Allowing your body to drift deeper and deeper into rest.

Finding a deep inhale through the nose.

And a long deep exhale letting go.

Unwinding and resting.
