It is already within you and is ingrained in your DNA. In this course, we’ll practice tending to it and allowing this power to emerge and be visible, leading to positive change in your life and the world around you. This course will involve acknowledging the light within you, deepening your self-care practice, building your circle of support, carrying out your intentions with discipline, finding moments of pause and cultivating a sense of patience on the path. This series of 7 meditations is rooted in Nia's lived experience and in the Lojong, a series of 59 Tibetan slogans meant to guide practitioners to train the mind.
