This short meditation or wakeful sleep may be practiced in a comfortable seated position or lying down. If using a headset you can apply this almost anywhere; bus, train, plane, your office. A smile that is not an outward projection but applied inwardly renders a vibrational effect on the organs and structures, elevating the whole body-mind experience by calming the entire nervous system. And is why it is also known as the healing smile. You can find longer, yoga nidra versions of Inner Smile 1 & 2 in my premium tracks. The Inner Smile a technique of the Tao used for calming the mind to surrender to deeper states of meditation and was taught to me by Sahajananda of Hridaya Mediation.
