Hello,
My name is Niav.
Welcome to this short relaxation for the heart chakra.
Prepare your space.
Draw the curtains,
Cover the eyes with a light veil or eye mask.
Then lay down on your bed,
Yoga mat or sit in a rested position that is comfortable.
Using cushions,
Bolstering beneath the knees,
For instance,
Indirectly aligns the spine,
Hips and knees,
Relaxing the spine,
Hips and knees.
And finally a blanket to hug into your cocoon.
This wakeful sleep activates the heart codes,
Stimulating the thymus gland for a healthy immune system.
The immune system protects the whole body as a castle protects its queen.
Protecting the body from harm or protecting the body from what is not for you.
A strong immune system lifts depression,
Supports healing and recovery and overall improves general health and happiness.
It is when we are low or emotional or where there is grief that the body becomes prone to illness.
The thymus gland takes great care of the emotional heart and as a source of healing,
Since it is situated above the heart and just behind the breastbone,
Seated in the hearth fire,
The thymus gland points to your sense of self.
It is self who distinguishes between what is harmful,
What is harmless,
What is for you and what is not for you.
Influencing a greater love,
Resilience,
Confidence and a strong healthy immune system.
So let's begin.
I invite you to journey inward through this systematic relaxation with my voice,
Closing the eyes,
Settling in,
Allowing all movement to dissolve into stillness,
Shifting from attention of the mind's activity to the sensations in your body,
Down and into the body,
Sensing first the whole back of the body over the earth,
Supporting you,
Sensing the body sinking,
More sinking into the earth,
Listening to your breath,
Listening to my voice,
Becoming aware of the belly breathing,
The gentle rise and fall of the belly,
Breathing effortlessly.
And now welcome awareness to the chest,
Inside the chest,
The great dome of the ribs,
Noticing the expansion and contraction of the whole thoracic region,
Breathing,
Rising and falling.
Use this inward attention as an inner vision to see through the eye of the heart,
A multidimensional lens that perceives through a feeling awareness.
Just locate it and then breathe in and out of the eye of the heart,
Steadily,
Natural rhythms,
Your heart breathing itself in and out,
Just feeling the breath,
And sensing,
Developing more receptivity to sense of self.
On your next breath in,
Direct the breath from the eye of your heart down to the base of the spine,
Allow your breath out to then float up the spine and back into the heart.
Next breath in down the spine and breathe out up to breathe in heart to base of spine,
Breathe out back up to heart,
Continue circuiting breath awareness,
Heart to base of spine,
Back up to heart,
Inhale down,
Exhale up,
And allow the ends of the breath to meet,
Breath becoming circular,
Unified,
Currents of the heart's energy,
Unifying with the earth of you and back into the heart of you,
And release,
Trusting the energy circuit is triggered,
Heart energy is flowing,
While you rest awareness back inside the chest,
Allow your chest to sink down toward the earth,
Sink the chest and sternum,
Your breastbone,
Down,
Pressing down the breastbone toward the back,
Contract,
As though squeezing the sides of the ribs inward and back simultaneously,
Press and contract heart and lungs,
And release,
Sensing into the increased force of energy to the thymus gland,
And wrapping the gland with healing energy,
Listening to sensation through the eye of the heart,
Listening,
You might sense or feel your gland expand and blossom like a flower,
A flower,
Sensing colour,
Texture,
Sensation,
Of what deeper feeling this holds and formulates for you,
You may respond to this deeper calling by whispering mentally a sankalpa,
A sankalpa,
Whispering three times,
I am aware,
Inside and out,
I know who I am,
I know what is for me,
Or I am a protector house of health and happiness,
Allow your sankalpa to permeate throughout the body,
As a fragrance,
Listening through the eye of the heart,
Feeling and sensing,
Allowing awareness to just float to the next moment,
And the next,
As you start with feeling sensation within your mouth,
The roof of your mouth,
The tip of your tongue,
The root of your tongue,
Inner right cheek,
Inner left cheek,
Upper gums and teeth,
Lower gums and teeth,
The space between your upper and lower teeth,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Space between the lips,
The tip of your nose,
Inside the right nostril,

The softness of your cheeks,
The right eye,

The fragrance in between the fingers,

Centre of the crown,

Saturating in loving awareness,

Thank you very much. I did this in the early morn before the sun spread her joy into day light … and I was seated cross leged on the floor … I felt so much light in a rich red colour glowing through me and very supported as if I was being cradled- guess in my lotus seated position doing a wakeful sleep nidra I needed to be supported … smiles… It reminded me that our creator is always there to love and support me and even in dark moments He is with me. As I opened my eyes upon completion I realize all the light I saw was all within as it was still dark out .. and I feel so much love and confidence … peacefulness Thank you very much. Namaste. 💕
