Healing arises from a free and open awareness by directing our intention and attention to those parts of us that requires healing,

Whether that be deeply rooted patterns,

Internal knots,

Emotional or physical trauma,

Dis-ease in the body or feeling painful sensations or memories.

Whatever it is,

We are able to gently start healing those aspects of ourselves.

The secret key to a powerful healing process is by having our hearts open with trust,

Surrender and deep compassion for ourselves.

Now I invite you to gently place your hands on your heart,

One stacked on top of the other.

And as you breathe through your heart,

Just feel this connection with your heart.

Whatever it is that is happening in your life,

All is welcome here.

You are safe,

You are supported and you are loved.

During this healing practice,

We are going to carefully direct our awareness to each level of the knot and feel into the very epicentre of that area that requires healing.

By doing this,

We are able to release our identification with it and to allow ourselves to discover an openness well beyond the space of contraction and restriction.

So to start,

I invite you to set an intention for your healing practice today.

And allow that intention of yours to settle into the fertile soil of your heart.

Now you can place your hand anywhere that you feel comfortable.

Still with your eyes gently closed and your body softened.

Now we are going to start by doing a body scan to bring awareness of the body.

My invitation for you is to carefully watch what arises and where it is held.

Then try to feel what are the physical elements in it.

For example,

Is there hardness or softness?

The element of earth.

Is there stillness or patterns of vibration?

The element of air.

Do you feel heat,

Some sort of temperature?

The element of fire?

Or do you feel a sense of cohesiveness or fluidity?

The element of water.

Perhaps you may see a certain colour or even a texture.

Now we are going to start from the soles of your feet.

So bring your awareness to both of your feet.

Your toes,

The soles,

The top of your feet.

Your ankles.

The carved foot,

Notes screen as low volume as possible.

Try writing one down on a tissue paper or paper knees eyes hips to the root of your spine your tailbone your pelvic floor moving up your spine to your sacral chakra the surface of your skin your belly button and your back spine moving up to your solar plexus your stomach area and just notice if you feel anything in your digestive system your intestines your liver on the right your kidneys spleen gallbladder appendix and just feel the energy rising from your solar plexus up into your chest cavity to your lungs your heart space notice the way your chest expands and contracts with each breath feel the rising and the falling and feel your heart space space become aware of the energy field pulsating to the harmonic emanation of your heart feel the boundaries of your heart feel the subtle tension that keeps your heart contained what is there all is welcome invite allow it to be there and as you are aware of these layers allow them to peel open and watch the pain dissolve and gradually ease away so bringing that awareness to your shoulders down both of your arms through your humerus bones elbows forearms wrists wrists hands to the tip of your fingers breathing in and breathing out you are aware of your arms and now bringing your attention up to your neck your throat chakra and if you feel any sensations here feel free to let it out through burping through coughing screaming or singing however you would love to express this creative expression portal of yours your throat chakra and now bringing your awareness up your neck to your face your jaw your lips cheeks nose eyes ears forehead the back of your head to the center in between your eyebrows your mind's eye and up to the crown of your head your head once again as each layer opens an awareness watch any discomfort pain dissolve and gradually ease feel yourself soften and the fire slowly being diminished allow yourself to rest in the spaciousness that has been created recognize your wholeness for it is your true nature so visualize yourself being encased in a violet light this violet light cocoons you and brings you unconditional love and healing energy and healing energy imagine every single cell and fiber muscle bone and organ in your body being regenerated being replenished being repaired rest in this healing energy our source of pain is a portal to our superpowers so instead of choosing to close your heart give yourself permission to just nestle inwards once again you shall rise from the mud piercing through the air and blossoming opening up to the majestic existence of life itself allow yourself to transmute all of the pain outdated beliefs and unconscious patterns into inspiration motivation creativity power and love breathing in lightness ease and grace your pain is your source of power you are guided you are supported and you are so so loved you are guided you are supported and you are so so loved do
