Come as you Are. Be as you Are. Fully. This Silent Meditation is an invitation for you to be a witness of all that is, of all that you Are. A space for you to be held with loving awareness to help you observe and process anything that you are feeling or going through. It begins with a simple grounding, followed by a space of complete silence for witnessing and contemplation, then you will be invited back with the sound of chimes.
