Hi,

Do not listen to this audio when your mind requires your conscious attention.

Listen only when you are sitting on a chair comfortably or laying on a bed.

This audio will help you boost your memory.

So let's get started.

I would like you to now close your eyes and bring your focus to the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale.

With every inhale your chest rises and with every exhale it falls.

So continue to focus on each breath as I stay quiet for a few moments.

I am now going to count down from 10 down to zero and with each countdown you will be twice as relaxed and twice as comfortable.

One and now.

You are now feeling completely at ease,

Comfortable,

Safe and ready to work on improving your memory.

Your mind is a very powerful part of your body and the power to control how it functions lies within you.

There is a part of you which is very creative and imaginative.

And this part of you is going to help your subconscious become more and more receptive to all the helpful suggestions I have for you.

And as your relaxation deepens further while you pay attention to the sound of my voice,

You begin to feel your creativity and imagination reach their peak.

And at this moment I wonder if you can imagine yourself standing in front of a giant doorway with the gates closed.

The more attention you pay to the design and details of these gates,

The more you realise how familiar they are.

And that is because these are the doors to your mind.

As you now begin to raise your hands to reach for the gates,

You feel your confidence beginning to grow.

And as soon as your hands touch the gates,

Your confidence doubles up.

You got this.

Now channel all your confidence and strength to push these gates open.

And as soon as the gates open,

You are greeted with a whiff of fresh familiar breeze that relaxes you even more.

You now begin to take smaller and gentle steps as you enter your mind.

With each step you take,

The lights begin to switch on one by one.

Illuminating your mind so you can see clearly what goes on in here.

It is like a giant library with many rows and columns of shelves containing many different boxes,

Containing many different files.

And as you look at these rows and columns,

You can instantly tell what these files contain.

They contain all of your memories from the moment you were born till this very second.

Your mind is a storehouse of all that you have learned,

All that you have seen,

All that you have heard,

All that you have felt,

And all that you have experienced.

They are all neatly sorted and stored here.

All of these shelves can be connected to a power source to turn them into an intelligent assembly line.

But they seem to be disconnected from the power source.

And as you continue walking,

You reach the main desk.

The desk contains a huge stack of files,

Loads of paperwork layered on top of the other.

You look around to see if there's anyone taking care of these files,

Or any staff to help sort and produce the files that you require.

You look everywhere,

But there is nobody here.

It is just you amid so many files and what seems to be unending paperwork.

It seems a little overwhelming given how much information you must remember.

But the absence of any assistance seems to be causing the delay in retention,

Consolidation,

And recall because it's just you taking care of everything.

But now is the time for change.

It is now time to make this process smoother,

More efficient,

And foolproof.

So you walk up behind the desk and look underneath to find a state-of-the-art computer and scanner.

It is this computer that is going to seamlessly streamline the manner in which your mind works.

All you have to do is to trust yourself and relax.

So now take a deep breath and upon your exhale,

Plug in the computer and scanner to the power outlet right next to the desk.

Now take another deep breath,

Close the fist of your right hand and upon your exhale,

You will notice the screen light up and you feel even more confident.

One by one,

Each of the shelves get the power supply they require and the assembly lines begin to move.

The more you notice the movement,

The more relaxed you become.

And the more relaxed you are,

The faster the scanner begins to scan through the files and the computer begins to retain a digital copy of each of them.

You can instantly tell how quicker and effortless the whole process of memory and retention and recall has become for you.

All you need to do now is to focus on the memory you need and the computer instantly presents it to you within a fraction of a second.

You have successfully tapped into the true power of your mind.

You can feel your memory becoming sharper.

And with each passing day,

Your memory retention and recall will become better and better.

And in the future,

Whenever you need to recall anything,

All you have to do is to close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

Close your fist and exhale gently.

The more you relax,

The quicker and easier it will be for you to be able to recall just about any memory you have ever made.

I am now going to leave you here for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.

In a moment,

I am going to count you up from 1 to 5.

At 5,

You will be fully awake,

Feeling great about yourself.

So start coming up with 1,

Higher up with 2,

Further up with 3,

All your mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual bodies aligned at 4.

At 5,

Eyes open,

Wide awake.
