Listening to this will allow you to make the weight loss process faster because you will be programming your mind regularly to visualise yourself as slimmer and fitter, stay motivated, eat low-calorie food and much more.

Hi,

Welcome to another I AM affirmations to lose weight.

Listen to this audio only when your mind does not require your conscious attention.

So let's begin.

I would like you to take a deep breath and as you inhale focus on how the air feels inside your nose.

Now hold it for a second and then exhale from your mouth.

Take the next deep breath,

Inhale deeply from your nose,

Holding the breath for a few seconds before you exhale and now exhale with your mouth open.

Take the third deep breath,

Inhale from your nose filling your lungs with the air.

Let your chest and tummy expand.

Hold it for a second and exhale.

Now come back to your normal breathing pattern and there is a part of you which is very creative and I wonder if that part of yours can help you imagine your idle weight image.

Just imagine yourself as slimmer and fitter.

See that image on a big projector screen or in a mirror.

Look at yourself closely.

Look at the legs,

The tummy,

The chest,

Arms and your facial expressions.

What expressions do you notice when you look at yourself on the projector screen or a mirror?

Are you happy to see yourself as fitter and slimmer?

Are you feeling more confident?

And as you continue to look at yourself,

I'm going to count from 3 to 1 and with each count down you're going to go closer to your image and step into it.

So 3,

2,

1 and now step into your future slimmer and fitter image and get in touch with the confidence,

With the happiness,

With high self-esteem and now stay there and repeat the affirmations after me.

I am confident in my body.

I am confident about my body.

I make healthy food choices that aids my weight loss journey.

Every day I visualize myself at my ideal weight.

I have all that it takes to achieve my ideal body weight.

I am good enough.

Weight loss is as natural for me as breathing in and out.

All the weight I lose,

I lose it permanently.

I have fast metabolism.

I am motivated to achieve my weight loss goals.

I enjoy low calorie food.

I enjoy my workout sessions.

I am in control of my emotions.

I trust myself fully.

I am grateful for having this body that is capable of effectively losing weight.

I am in control of my weight.

I am in control of what I eat.

I am getting closer and closer every day to my perfect body.

I crave whole foods and healthy foods.

I am feeling great about myself.

I am happy and confident.
