Good morning.
Welcome to another affirmations meditation that will allow you to feel positive,
Energetic and happier for you to get through the day with a much more positive attitude.
So ground yourself and take a deep breath inhale deeply from your nose hold it for a couple of seconds and exhale that's right.
Take another deep breath hold it for a second and exhale from your mouth.
Take the third deep breath inhale deeply from your nose hold it for a second and as you exhale let go of all the worries and thoughts about the day.
That's right.
Now focus on the sound of my voice and the sound of my voice only.
I would like you to repeat the affirmations in your mind after me.
I am good enough.
I am full of positive energy.
I see positivity inside and outside of me.
I flourish my strength.
I am full of confidence.
I am growing mentally with every passing day.
I attract success today.
I am creative.
I meet positive people.
I am calm and relaxed at work.
I am productive.
I am worthy of a good life.
My day is positive.
I am ready to unleash my potential today.
I am optimistic.
I am the creator of my best reality.
I look at the glass half full in every situation.
I am grateful for all the good and great things in my life.
I am now going to count from five down to zero and at zero all these affirmations will be deeply set into your subconscious mind and will start to work for your highest good.
So five going deeper and deeper at four,
Further deep at three,
Drifting down to one,
Deeply set at zero.
I am now going to wake you up from one to five at five.
You will be fully awake,
Feeling great about yourself.
So start coming up with one,
Higher up with two,
Further up with three.
All your spiritual,
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical bodies aligned at four.
At five,
Eyes open wide awake.
