The sessions are designed to help program your subconscious mind to gradually let go of cigarettes with the help of visualizations, affirmations, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. After completing the course, you will learn strategies that can help divert your mind from the thoughts of picking up a cigarette to something else so that you take a different action and not smoke. You can listen to the affirmations for as long as 21 days to reinforce the suggestions.

This session is crucial in helping you see your past in a different light and then see your future as a non-smoker.

Reinforcement

Today's session is a reinforcement audio on seeing your future self as a non-smoker. It's an important step in your journey towards living a smoke-free life.
