Seven Chakra Meditation

This is a guided seven chakra meditation to help clear, activate, and balance the seven chakras. Feel uplifted and aligned with your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies every time you listen to this meditation.

Hello,

Welcome to the 7 chakra meditation.

This meditation will help you activate and balance all your 7 chakras.

Please listen to this meditation when your mind does not require conscious attention.

I would like you to relax,

Lay down or sit comfortably with your hands and legs uncrossed.

Loosen up your body and enjoy.

To open your 7 chakras,

I would like you to close your eyes and bring your focus towards your breath.

Listen carefully to the rhythm of your breath.

Focus on your breathing pattern and as you focus on your breath,

You also focus on the rise and fall of your chest.

And this only means that you are breathing.

Breathing in the air and breathing it out from your mouth.

Now take a nice deep breath in from your nose and out from your mouth.

That's right.

Take another deep breath deeply in from your nose and out from your mouth.

That's right.

Let's take another deep breath.

And this time let go of all the stress and unwanted thoughts out of your mind as you exhale.

Very good.

Now I wonder if you could imagine yourself drawing beautiful energy from the Mother Earth.

Imagine it drawing from your feet.

And you may feel the tingling sensation in your toes,

In your heels and your ankles.

This feeling could be light or heavy.

It does not matter.

What matters is you getting connected to the Mother Earth.

And this beautiful energy moves into your feet,

Moves up further towards the calves of your legs.

Relaxing each muscle.

Further up reaching your knees.

Relaxing them.

And this relaxation further moves up from your knees to your thighs.

And I know your body is getting relaxed.

Your breathing is slow and rhythmic.

This beautiful relaxation further moves up from your thighs to your root chakra located at the base of your spine or at your genitals.

Bring your attention to your root chakra.

And imagine this beautiful relaxation changing into deep red color.

Imagine the deep red color at the bottom of your spine.

And you will now be able to activate and balance your root chakra.

So imagine,

Visualize or feel that you are activating your root chakra by simply seeing this red color moving in a clockwise direction.

Imagine round like a fan.

And as it moves like a fan,

You see all the contaminated unwanted energies and blockages getting dissolved in that deep red color.

Now imagine,

Feel and visualize the color looking more vibrant,

Brighter,

Perhaps shimmering,

Strengthening your root chakra,

Giving you all the stability that you need.

All you can visualize there is the deep red color,

The color of stability,

The color of power and the color of strength.

Your root chakra is now balanced.

You are stable.

You are born to grow,

Prosper and flourish.

You enjoy your physical existence.

You are strengthened and grounded at all times.

This energy further moves up towards your lower abdomen,

Towards your sacral chakra,

Located two inches below your navel.

And you see this beautiful energy changing its color to orange,

Feeling or imagining as if your sacral chakra is filled with orange marigold flowers,

Giving you wonderful healing orange glow.

The beautiful healing orange energy.

And I would like you to imagine that orange energy moving in a clockwise direction,

Like a wheel or a fan.

Notice all the blockages getting dissolved in that orange healing energy.

See them the way you want to.

And I know that you know what all needs to go.

And you are letting go of all of that.

All those unwanted blockages,

Emotions and feelings.

See them getting dissolved in this beautiful,

Powerful orange energy.

Now imagine,

Feel and visualize the orange color becoming so vibrant,

Sparkling,

Shimmering,

So wonderful,

Giving you pleasures into your life and all the creativity that is needed.

Your sacral chakra is now balanced,

Free from blockages.

And you can notice that it looks so vibrant,

Clean,

Activated and balanced.

Your sacral chakra is now balanced.

You are creative.

You trust in your perfection and the process of life.

Life is pleasurable to you.

This beautiful energy now further moves up towards your solar plexus and changes its color from orange to yellow.

As if there is a candle flame in your solar plexus chakra,

Two inches above your navel.

Imagine the candle flame growing and becoming bigger,

Illuminating the entire stomach area.

You can feel the warmth of this beautiful golden glow,

Which now starts to move in a clockwise direction,

Like a wheel or a fan.

And as you visualize that,

You notice all the blockages and unwanted emotions in the solar plexus are getting dissolved.

Give all of that some shape or color and see them getting dissolved into the healing golden glow.

And imagine the golden glow becoming so vibrant,

Shimmering and radiant,

Strengthening your entire stomach area,

Your solar plexus chakra,

With all the confidence,

Courage and happiness.

Now notice how beautifully your solar plexus chakra is balanced,

Free from unwanted blockages and unwanted emotions.

All you can notice in your solar plexus chakra is the color of strength,

Confidence and success.

Your solar plexus chakra is now balanced.

You believe in yourself.

You have high self-esteem.

You are successful in personal and professional life.

You are calm and peaceful.

The energy now moves up towards the center of your chest,

Towards your heart chakra.

Bring your attention to your heart chakra,

Located at your breastbone.

Imagine beautiful green sparking emeralds all over your chest.

Imagine those emeralds shining,

Sparkling with green healing energy.

And you can feel it all over your chest.

Now imagine the green healing energy moving in a clockwise direction,

Round and round,

Like a fan.

And all those unwanted emotions related to your relationships and related to yourself are getting dissolved.

See them the way you like,

Perhaps some like gray smoke or in whatever shape or color.

And I know you can easily let go of all that.

So now feel,

Imagine or visualize the emerald green color looking more vibrant in your heart chakra,

Strengthening it,

Giving you all the love,

Security and emotional stability.

Notice how beautifully your heart chakra is balanced.

Free from blockages and unwanted emotions.

And all you can notice in your heart chakra is the color of joy and love,

The color of emotional healing.

Your heart chakra is now balanced.

You are loving and receptive to love.

You give love and have beautiful relationships.

Your heart is full of joy.

You are filled with compassion,

Warmth and love.

The energy continues to move up from your heart chakra to your throat chakra,

Located just at the base of your neck.

And as the wonderful healing energy moves up,

You notice it changes its color from green to deep blue.

And this beautiful deep blue color is so calming and relaxing,

Giving you blue healing energy.

And the energy starts to move in a clockwise direction,

Clearing your throat chakra of all the unwanted energies and blockages.

You notice them getting dissolved as the energy moves like a fan or a wheel.

Now feel,

Imagine or visualize this beautiful blue color looking more vibrant,

Making your throat chakra shining and sparkling with blue color,

Strengthening it,

Giving you all the power to communicate and express your feelings and thoughts easily.

Now notice how beautifully your throat chakra is balanced,

Free from blockages.

And all you can notice in your throat chakra is the color of communication and self-expression.

Your throat chakra is now balanced.

It is safe for you to express your feelings.

You communicate easily and with love.

You express yourself creatively.

The wonderful energy further moves up from your throat chakra to your third eye chakra,

Located in the middle of your eyebrows.

And as it moves up,

You see the color changes from blue to indigo.

And notice that it turns into a beautiful healing energy,

Which starts to move in a clockwise direction,

Clearing your third eye chakra of all the unwanted energies.

And you notice them getting dissolved as the energy moves like a fan or a wheel.

Now feel,

Imagine or visualize this lovely indigo color looking more vibrant,

Making your third eye chakra shining and sparkling with the color,

Strengthening the third eye chakra,

Giving you all the power to be wise,

Intuitive and brave.

Now notice how beautifully your third eye chakra is balanced,

Free from blockages.

And all you can notice in your third eye chakra is the indigo color of clarity,

Intelligence and wisdom.

Your third eye chakra is now balanced.

You trust whatever comes to you for the highest good.

You are intuitive and intelligent.

You have high clarity of thoughts.

The energy now moves up towards the center of your head from your third eye chakra to your crown chakra.

Your crown chakra is located two inches above your head.

And as this energy moves up there,

It turns into the violet color.

Notice how beautifully it turns into the violet healing energy.

And slowly and slowly it starts to move in a clockwise direction.

Covering your crown chakra of all the unwanted energies or blockages.

And you notice them getting dissolved as the violet healing energy moves like a fan.

Now feel,

Imagine or visualize this violet color looking more vibrant.

Strengthening your crown chakra,

Giving you all the power to be spiritual and divinely protected.

Now notice how beautifully your crown chakra is balanced.

And all you can notice in your crown chakra is the color of divine love and the abundance of universe.

Your crown chakra is now open,

Activated and balanced.

You are surrounded by the love of universe.

You are receptive to divine's love and you are connected to the universe.

All your seven chakras are now activated and balanced,

Spinning at the right speed.

I am now going to leave you here for a while so that you enjoy this wonderful state of relaxation.

And in few minutes I am going to count you up from one to five.

At five you will be fully awake,

Feeling good about yourself,

Feeling light,

Happy with all your chakras completely activated and balanced.

So start coming up with one,

Higher up with two,

Further up with three.

All your mental,

Physical,

Spiritual,

Emotional bodies aligned at four.

At five eyes open wide awake.
