As you inhale and exhale,
Your little friend or blanket will rise and fall as well.
Like your breath in your belly when you breathe.
You all breathe together.
You can close your eyes or leave them slightly open.
Feel your belly getting bigger and then smaller.
Like a balloon,
Inflating and deflating as you continue to breathe.
During the night,
Even if there is less light all around in the sky,
There are several small flashlights.
We call them stars.
They twinkle in the sky.
