Take a deep breath in and notice the sensations in your body.
Listen to your breath.
As you sit or lie down in silence,
Notice how you feel in your body.
Observe the sensations in your body.
Is the suffering located in a specific area?
Do you feel it in your throat?
Or maybe in your heart space?
The stomach or anywhere else in your body?
Just notice,
Just observe without judging.
Breathe in and out in awareness.
As you continue to breathe,
Inhale and bring in some space.
Deepen your breath.
As thoughts arise,
Let them pass and breathe in and as you exhale,
Let the thoughts fade away.
You are not your body,
You are not your thoughts.
Inhale and bring space to your mind.
Inhale peace.
Being dumb,
Sad or depressed is part of the human experience.
As human,
We all experience pain.
I see you,
I hear you and it's okay to be depressed.
It's okay to be you.
You might feel lonely.
We all feel that way one day or another.
We are all human.
We are all together.
Bring in some thoughts of love.
Bring in some thoughts of compassion for yourself.
It's okay to be me.
I am more than the suffering.
I can decide to take a distance from it when I am ready.
I am patient.
I am love.
I am peace.
Repeat this as much as you can within the next days for a few times a day.
