Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Repeat this twice more,
Allowing your body to relax with each exhale.
Bring your attention to the present moment.
Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth,
Grounding you and connecting you to the stable,
Nurturing energy of the earth.
Visualize a soft,
Warm light at the center of your being.
This light represents your intuition,
Your voice of innate wisdom,
Which can speak to you at any moment.
It is the core of yourself,
Of your consciousness,
A touchstone which is always true and trustworthy.
Focus on this light and listen for the subtle,
Gentle voice within.
Trust that this voice is there to guide you,
Free from the noise of ego or external influences.
If distracting thoughts arise,
Voices of ego or others,
Acknowledge them and let them pass like clouds in the sky,
Returning your focus to your inner light.
Understand that learning to listen to and trust your intuition means recognizing these distracting voices and ruthlessly ignoring their deviations and temptations.
Spend a moment in silence,
Allowing your true inner voice to come true clearly.
This is why we need to spend some time each day in contemplation,
Whether through meditation,
Reflection or just listening to the self.
Silently repeat these affirmations.
I trust my inner wisdom.
