My name is Nathalie,
I'm a spiritual healer and movement facilitator.
With this recording I would like to share with you seven ways to go through this difficult time.
If in this moment you feel like there is nothing exciting,
There is nothing to look forward to,
You have lost your sense of purpose,
You're wondering what to do next,
Well this recording is for you.
I'm sharing these seven ways,
Seven ways to feel better from my heart.
So you might want to listen to this recording a few times,
You might want to take some notes and pause.
So let's get started.
The first way to feel a bit better in this moment is a gratitude practice.
And I know you might have heard that many times before.
But I'm here to reinforce the importance of gratitude.
If you are injured,
Struggling with finances,
Job situation,
Relationships,
Any area of your life,
You can benefit from this practice.
I invite you to take a moment or maybe multiple moments throughout your day.
Without any distraction,
Ask yourself what can you be grateful for.
And as small as it can be,
I recommend that you really feel it,
You really really go deep with this one.
So gratitude is the first way to feel a bit better about this situation.
Second way is feeling good,
Finding reasons to feel good.
And when you hear that,
You might be like oh that's very hard,
There is nothing in this moment that can make me feel good.
And I totally hear you,
I understand,
I get you.
I invite you to take a moment to acknowledge,
To acknowledge what's going on,
To not reject yourself,
Never reject how you feel.
It's very important that you validate yourself and you allow your emotions.
But what I'm suggesting as a second way to feel better is to find a reason to feel good.
So in the moment,
Just find a reason to feel a little bit better.
It could be very connected with being grateful for something,
But it will actually enhance the feeling.
So I'm just going to give you an example.
If the sun shines,
Just focus your attention on that and ask yourself,
Can this be a reason for me to feel a bit better right now?
Could this be a reason for me to feel a bit better right now?
Another way to feel a bit better in this moment is to ask yourself,
What is it that I have that is fully abundant in my environment or maybe within myself,
What is really abundant here now that could help me to create the next moment?
And we are not talking about the future,
Not talking about tonight,
Even tomorrow,
We are talking about the next moment.
So it could be that you have a lot of space in your house and maybe that's an opportunity to sing or to cry,
To release,
To move.
Maybe that's an opportunity to talk out loud,
To create poetry.
Maybe that's an opportunity to anything that comes to your mind.
I invite you to be creative.
And I know it's hard when we're going through a hard time,
I get you.
I still get you.
But anyway,
This is a second way,
Find a reason to feel good.
The third way to feel a bit better when you have lost sense of purpose is to try something.
Try something that is not harmful for you.
Try something,
Just try something.
Have awareness,
Bring awareness into your mind.
Awareness is another principle of mine,
I've written this e-book,
Empowered and Free Now,
And everything that I'm sharing is basically connected with the principles I live by in order to feel empowered and free.
So trying something new is kind of an action.
It could be trying something that you actually already know.
It's an action that you take and an action that you take with awareness.
So it could be maybe going and shopping for food,
Healthy foods.
Maybe it could be borrowing a book and reading that book.
Maybe it could be watching a movie.
It could be going for a walk.
It could be getting on the bus and just going for a bus ride.
I've done that many times in my challenging times,
Just getting on the bus and not knowing where I'm going to go,
Where I will be,
And just being there.
So there is no right or wrong.
Drop the judgment and just try something.
Another way to feel a bit better is to take a moment to call your higher self,
To call something bigger than you.
So it requires that you leave your phone down and you are ready to meet yourself.
You are ready to meet a bigger version of yourself.
Another way to feel a little bit better is to help yourself or to help someone.
It can be,
You could think,
Oh wow,
We already mentioned that,
Try something new.
But this time,
It's really about this energy of helping.
So for example,
Maybe cleaning your house,
Maybe doing your hair,
Maybe exercising.
And you don't have to be a hundred percent excited about it,
But know that the action you're taking has a beneficial impact,
Helping yourself or maybe helping someone.
Another way to feel a bit better would be to meditate,
To take the time to listen to a meditation,
To maybe be still in nature or maybe at your place.
Find a practice so you can be in the moment.
And then finally,
The last one,
The last one,
It's about getting support to heal and transform your limited beliefs.
So I think this is something very important.
When we go through those challenging times,
It's very important that we make,
We basically prioritize our healing.
I used to think that healing is a waste of time.
Healing is basically a sign of weakness,
But I want you to drop this.
Drop the idea that it's a weakness,
That it's not a weakness.
So organize yourself,
A healing session,
Whatever it is,
Something that will help you get that support that you need.
