This is a Body Scan to help you relax, connect to your body, soothe your nervous system, and soften any tension & stiffness in your body. As the saying goes, "Where the attention goes, energy flows". When we can connect our attention to different parts of our body, any tension will naturally release and blood will flow to those areas as well, which can be helpful in managing pain. Moving your attention through a body scan can also help you increase inner focus, relax your nervous system, and help you fall asleep. Use this body scan meditation during a break at work, in the morning or in the evening. If you require more rest after the meditation, take more time in silence at the end to breathe and relax.
