This is a body scan to start your morning off with presence and awareness. Wake up slowly - move your awareness through your body, visualize the morning sunlight, and allow this practice to bring your body, mind & spirit some warmth, relaxation, and gentle energy as you begin your day. This body scan is only 10 minutes and is the perfect practice to do right as you wake up. It can also be done during other times throughout the day to give you a well-deserved break. This is a short practice but feel free to stay for as long as you like after the practice ends to breathe and wake up slowly.
