Begin by taking some conscious deep breaths,
Letting thoughts or worries float away,
Focusing on the breath,
Coming into this moment,
Drawing all of your energy back into yourself,
There's nothing to do right now except breathe in and out,
Now bringing to mind all of the things,
People and circumstances in your life that you appreciate,
Thinking about everything in your life that you love,
It might not be exactly as you would like it to be but yet there's so much in your life to feel joyous about,
Noticing this feeling of appreciation and satisfaction,
As you breathe this feeling expands until your entire body is overflowing with an abundance of joy,
Allow this feeling to remain strong for the remainder of this exercise,
Clearing your mind again and connecting with your soul,
Feel the powerful presence of your soul wherever it resides within you,
Notice how your soul responds to this sensation of joy and appreciation,
Now asking your soul to give you some guidance on the best action for you to take over the coming days in order for you to feel joyous,
Allowing the answer to intuitively flow from within,
Asking another question now,
What is the most meaningful,
Purposeful or health-enhancing thing that I can do in the next week to keep my soul's light alive and again allowing the answer to come and finally asking your soul what thing can I do to nourish myself over the next week to reinforce my self-love and to feel nourished and vibrant,
Thanking your soul for its guidance,
Remember that you can communicate with your soul in this way whenever you wish,
Coming back to your breathing now,
As you begin to come back into your body,
Making a commitment to follow through on the wisdom that you have received during this meditation and taking action as soon as you can,
Now opening your eyes and coming gently back into your world,
