Listen to this meditation when you have a difficult decision to make in your life or your business and you're not sure which way to go.

Take a few slow deep breaths,

Relax your body and let everything else just fade into the background for a few minutes.

Setting your intention for this exercise to uncover the best possible solution for a challenge that you currently face.

Asking your inner wisdom to shine and point you in the direction that will be easy and harmonious for all involved.

See your problem clearly in front of you now.

Playing out any scenarios that have taken place.

Seeing any people that are involved and just absorbing yourself into this issue.

Allowing any feelings of confusion,

Sadness or frustration to softly be there without trying to push them away.

Notice the thoughts that travel through your mind and letting them float in and float out without the need to engage with them.

Reconnecting with the peaceful intention that you set for yourself and taking a deep breath.

Now we're going to explore two possible solutions to this problem.

Bring to mind one of the options that you have for overcoming this issue.

Making this solution unfold step by step as it would if you initiated this plan today.

Watch yourself doing the tasks that you would need to do and say what needs to be said.

As this first option plays out,

Take note of how this choice feels.

Does it feel easy or difficult?

Is it harmonious or does it upset other people?

Does it feel right to you?

Continue watching as this option plays out until the final result if there is one.

See the goal being achieved or the issue being completely overcome.

And again take note of the feelings that arise around this particular solution.

Now it's time to explore your second option.

Bringing yourself back to the problem at hand and reconnect with your intention to find the best possible solution.

Now seeing your second option unfold step by step just as it would if you initiated this plan today.

Observe yourself doing the tasks that you would need to do and saying what needs to be said.

As this second option plays out,

Take note of how this choice feels.

Does it feel easy or difficult?

Is it harmonious or does it upset someone?

Does it feel right?

Does it feel better or worse than your first choice?

Continue watching as this option plays out until the final result.

See the goal being achieved or the issue being completely overcome.

And again take note of the feelings that arise around this particular solution.

How is this feeling different to the feeling in your first option?

Visualizing yourself now standing before a path with a fork in the road just ahead of you.

To the left is your first option and to the right is your second option.

Take as long as you need to decide which path you will take.

Go over the scenarios that you have played out.

See which option felt right.

Observe the path before you and notice which direction looks like the path that will give you the best possible solution.

Are you being drawn one way or another?

If you are unsure or need further clarification then you can revisit this exercise at another time.

But if you are feeling confident about your choice then walk down your chosen path now sending love and light ahead of you.

Trusting yourself.

Trusting your inner wisdom.

Realizing that you have made the right choice.

And reconnecting with your body.

Going back into your world when you are ready.

I have concerns about a meditation that encourages me to notice if a particular choice upsets people. I have worked hard to let go of "people pleasing" so hearing this in the meditation gave me pause. But I guess it can also be helpful just to notice if people pleasing is what is guiding tye decision or not. I did get a lot out of this. Thank you!
