Sending your breath into your heart center and feeling the area expand.
See your heart space filling up with a pure golden light as it opens and softens.
Allowing each breath to connect you with your heart more and more deeply.
Every time you do this exercise your bond with your heart becomes stronger.
Making it easier for you to access its wisdom whenever you need it.
Bringing to mind now a situation that you want your heart's guidance about.
Seeing the problem clearly in your mind.
And forming a question for your heart to answer.
If you don't have a challenge that you want advice on,
Then you can simply ask your heart what do you want me to know right now?
Breathing in deeply.
Connecting with your unobstructed inner wisdom that resides in your heart.
And asking your question now.
Don't enter into reasoning,
Bargaining or begging for the answer that you want to hear.
Just pose the question and then create space for the answer to flow to you.
Focusing on your breath.
Allowing yourself to receive the intuitive wisdom that your heart has to offer.
There's no need to force it.
Just let it come.
You might see,
Hear or feel your answer.
Or you might just know what your heart wants you to do without understanding how you know it.
And if your heart is quiet,
Keep practicing.
Your heart is always communicating with you.
