Relaxing your body and bringing yourself into this moment.

As you breathe,

Opening your heart.

With each breath in,

Feeling your heart space expand and fill with feelings of love and gratitude.

Energy.

Feeling grateful for yourself and for your choice to sit in meditation today.

Feeling thankful for everything you've learned through your life journey.

Appreciating this life that you have,

This body,

This mind and spirit.

Appreciating your individual nature.

Feeling thankful for who you are,

Your uniqueness,

Your passions and your commitment to yourself.

You are unbelievable.

You are amazing.

Allow yourself to be completely blown away by who you are.

Remembering that you are equally as worthy as everyone else.

You are worthy of being alive.

You are worthy of every moment.

You are worthy of today and tomorrow.

You are worthy of love,

Freedom and joy.

Appreciating what it feels like to believe that you are worthy,

That you matter,

That you are important,

Because you are.

You are worthy of being loved.

You are worthy of being loved.

Loving yourself for all that you are capable of,

Including this positive feeling that you just created inside of your body.

Loving yourself for your potential.

Loving all parts of you and knowing your true brilliance,
