What an emotional experience. I feel amazing… And here I thought I was “over” all my pain with this person and didn’t need to interfere with cord cutting but boy was I wrong! A humbling experience and lesson. Thank you. I will be revisiting this.

Loved this. Unlike other similar exercises I've done, the angelic sword felt neutral and it was easier to trust in its process rather than cut the ties myself. I didn't want to bring the person near, so I kept them at a distance which was comfortable for me. Afterwards, I feel like I have had a boost of positive energy! Thank you
