Breathing deeply and setting thoughts aside,
You are here and your baby is on its way.
Open and allow these affirmations to absorb into your body,
Into your mind and into your cells to assist you to bring your baby into the world.
My baby is nearly here.
Soon I will hold my baby in my arms.
Soon I will see my child's face.
My body knows what to do.
My body is strong.
My body is flexible.
My body is capable.
I am grounded.
I am well supported.
I am loved.
I am peaceful.
My energy is strong.
My mind is strong.
I become more resilient with every breath.
I get closer to meeting my baby with every breath.
I am fearless.
I am certain that I will make it through this.
I am certain that I will make it through this.
I know that I can do it.
I know that it will be worth it.
My body is preparing me.
My baby is ready.
We will meet each other soon.
I accept any pain.
I make room for pain.
I breathe into my pain.
I create space around the pain.
If I feel pulled towards fear,
I reconnect with my strength.
My reservoir of courage is limitless.
I can draw on it again and again.
If I feel like I am running out of courage,
I just need to ground myself and draw out some more.
I love my body.
My body knows what to do.
Everyone here wants what's best for me and my baby.
My baby is coming to me.
Soon to be in my arms.
Soon to be birthed into the world.
With every breath I bring you closer to me.
I let any thoughts or distractions go.
I am present and my mind is clear.
I am not worried about what anyone thinks of me.
I am unconditionally loved in this moment.
I let go of self-criticism and judgment.
I love and support myself.
I do what I need to do to get through each and every moment.
My focus is only on myself and my baby.
Nothing else matters right now.
My breath keeps me present.
My breath keeps me focused.
My breath connects me to my baby.
With every breath my baby is getting closer.
I am divinely supported.
The universe sends loving energy and guardians to be with me in this moment.
To sustain my energy.
To connect my spirit.
And to easily bring my baby into the world.
I know that I can do this.
My baby is coming to me.
I will meet you soon.
