Orienting into the space welcoming you here.
This is a visualization of deep fascia release for pelvic attachments.
Giving yourself this deep ceremonial time.
Acknowledging whether this is the time to engage in this fascia release.
And if it's not,
Welcoming you.
Again in this space whenever you need and if it is noticing the space that you're in Does it feel like there could be something that makes the space just 1% more nourishing than it already is?
Noticing your body in the space,
Could you be just 1% more comfortable?
Continuing to scan around the space,
Noticing what feels nourishing,
What brings in joy,
What brings in curiosity,
Something that you could return back to as and when you need today.
Noticing how quickly or slowly you navigate the space by orienting.
I'm right here with you as you tend to yourself here.
Here we lend and tend to ourselves through acknowledgement.
Continue to notice this item and notice the edges of the item with your eyes and just noticing the breath as you pause here breathing in and out without adjusting the breath pattern but just noticing this life force energy that moves in and moves out.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Pausing,
Tending,
Acknowledging.
Yeah,
I'm right here with you.
Begin to tend to the body deeper through your breath by breathing in and down,
Sending your breath into the pelvis.
Start to notice the way the pelvis is held here in the space.
Can you move and adjust so the pelvis acknowledges this space by feeling the earth below and you notice any tension or discomfort or bracing?
The fascia is this magical web that holds us into place and creates this human-like form.
And so we're going to begin to move our attention to the holding pattern of the fascia without touch,
Just simple acknowledgement,
That space.
There is of course fascia deep down within our pelvis and it's where we can tend to ourselves deeply through this fascia attachment.
And when we begin to notice this tending that we need,
We can take our breath to these parts of the pelvis.
When we notice where the fascia is holding,
Bracing,
And needing that gentle,
Gentle touch.
We can do so simply with our breath.
So noticing this space that rests on the earth.
Maybe you're seated,
Maybe you're lying,
Or maybe you need to change position now.
Noticing that.
See how this adjustment may change the way the pelvis is held on the earth and notice how mother earth is holding you from below and holding your pelvis from below.
Notice how the muscles and ligaments create this kind of hammock,
This grounding within the pelvis.
And notice the way this hammock creates a support system within your pelvic bowl there at the base continue to breathe and noticing if it feels welcome to have eyes to a close if they're not already or just remaining neutral with this object that you are with at the beginning of the space.
Keep tending to your breath and your pelvis,
Sending the breath deep down into this hammock space.
Allowing you to hold yourself here and feel held here.
Noticing any tension.
Does it feel as though there is tension that lives here?
If it does,
Notice it,
Be with it,
Breathe into it.
Notice if there feels a soft yet supportive part of the pelvis.
Continue to notice if there's any areas that feel soft yet supportive.
Continue with the breath.
Continue with the support that you need right now.
Begin to move your attention towards the labia.
The labia is the first gate of the pelvis.
Notice the labia and breathe into this space and notice if permission lands to explore the fascia holding within the walls of the yoni.
Breathing into the labia,
The first gait.
And noticing what comes up when you breathe into this space in terms of permission to move through this gate into the walls where the fascia can be tended.
Noticing what comes up and noticing whether there's a yes or a no.
If there's a yes then notice that permission and if there is no permission it feels like there is a no then simply remain with this hammock,
This imagery of the hammock of the support and the breath and the softness in this space,
The words that might continue to land and notice how beautiful,
How sovereign the no feels for you right now versus just the bypassing of the yes.
And if there's a yes,
Then notice the yes and follow where that goes.
All welcome in this space,
Celebrated.
Holding you for whatever's arising,
With whatever's arising.
I will continue as if the body has said yes,
But that does not mean that your body has.
Allow this space to continue as you need it to.
Continue to move with the breath and notice how you can move through the labia into the walls.
Notice what comes up when you begin to explore these walls and the space.
So to begin with just noticing and pausing in the center.
Imagining your breath,
Your mind,
Your soul in the center of your pelvis here and being with that breath.
That space.
That pause.
Nowhere else to be,
Just holding you here.
See if the breath can soften the fascia.
See if you can smooth the fascia,
This space with your breath.
As if you were breathing ripples into the lake and as your breath moves the ripples they move further and further until the lake becomes smooth again.
Breathing in ripples on the lake moving as you breathe down.
And as you exhale,
Notice how the ripples clear and there becomes this smooth lake.
This expansive,
Tended-to space.
Breathing into the pelvis.
Into the fascia.
And as you exhale,
Soften.
Land feel held by the earth below.
Noticing the fascia on the right side.
Your right side of the body moving the breath like you're moving it around a clock.
From the base,
This 6pm moving it all the way round to the 12.
And then pausing again in the centre.
Noticing.
Continuing to move the breath on this right side,
Touching this right side for as long as you need until you're ready to pause in the center.
And then after this pause in the centre move to the left side from the base from this 6pm position,
This 6 position on the clock.
Moving to the 12.
Continuing to be with that image of the breath on the inhale.
The inhale begins to create ripples on the leg while the exhale smooths those ripples.
Keep feeling the earth below.
And noticing if anything comes up for you in this space,
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Knowing that you can exit at any point and be neutral again with your breath.
Noticing that you can tend to whatever's arising,
Be with whatever's coming up for you and right here with you.
Continue to be with each side for as long as you need,
Pausing in the centre.
Knowing that you can return to this space,
This holding,
This breath whenever you need.
Resuming normal breath as you begin to slowly exit this space millimeter by millimeter passing that first gate of the labia until you Remain here in this space.
Welcoming in that object that you were with before you closed your eyes if you'd like to open them back to this object or remain with your eyes closed Breathing into the space and the body Feeling howled by the earth below and maybe noticing if the body needs tending to in any space or place.
Maybe a hand on the heart,
A hand on the womb,
A hand cupped at the base of the pelvis.
Whatever feels welcoming for you,
Holding you,
Continuing to hold you as you close this space.
With love.
