The fascia is your body's connective tissue which holds memory, tension and protection deep within the pelvis. This visualisation meditation tends to pelvic fascial release through breath and inner awareness, without physical touch. We begin by orienting and breathing into the pelvis, feeling the hammock-like support of the pelvic floor muscles and ligaments. You are invited to sense how this space feels—held, tense, soft, or somewhere in between. From there, with full permission as your inner compass, bring your awareness to the vulva and the fascial walls of the yoni. Nothing is forced. If permission is not present, the hammock imagery remains your anchor. Where permission arises, breath becomes the tool, smoothing, softening and releasing the fascial layers by imagining the breath moving across the surface of a rippling lake. This practice supports pelvic tension release, trauma-informed healing, fascial unwinding and deep somatic restoration for women. Music by Music of Wisdom.
