
Free Flow Journal Writing For Quantum Learning
This is a free-flow journal writing activity to allows you to tap into the deeper wisdom within yourself. This meditative and reflective practice is meant to help you connect the versions of yourself that you wish to learn from to support you in this timeline.

Hello everyone,
Nancy here from Nancy Inspired and I am here with a free flow journal writing meditation to take a look at ways that we can access our alternate selves.
So recently I've been exploring the idea of quantum learning.
So the idea of quantum learning is that there are alternate versions of ourselves existing in other dimensions and I know that might sound a little far-fetched but the idea is that there are versions of ourselves that are dancers,
Poets,
Writers,
Athletes,
Millionaires,
Entrepreneurs,
Whatever it is and these alternate versions of ourselves exist somehow in other dimensions and we are able to tap into those versions of ourselves in order to acquire the learning that they have and then be able to use it in this lifetime.
Now I'm new on this journey and I don't have full understanding of how it all works but I believe that there's something to it even if it's imagination or if it's higher self or if it really is an existence of ourselves in another dimension.
If we can reach that and internalize that knowledge then we can use that in whatever we want to do.
So I did find that when I'm doing these meditations sometimes I find picturing the alternate version of myself a little difficult and so I decided to tap in using free flow journal writing which is my way of tapping into my deeper consciousness and I found the results quite interesting.
So I thought I'd create a meditation for you to allow you to access alternate versions of yourself and download the wisdom using free flow journal writing.
I hope that you find it as valuable as I did.
So we're going to stop for a minute and we're just going to take a deep breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
I'm going to invite you just to close your eyes and pay attention inside.
Pay attention to your breath.
Let's take another deep breath in.
We'll breathe into the count of four.
Breathe in two three four.
We'll just hold it for a moment and then breathe out.
And as you just continue to focus on your breath just allow there to be a white beautiful light full of bliss and love and joy and divine energy that comes down like a like a tube that consumes all of your inner core.
All of your chakras get filled with this beautiful light and as you breathe you breathe in relaxation you breathe out tension and this divine beautiful light creates a bubble around you.
This bubble is a bubble of protection,
A bubble of guidance,
A bubble of clarity,
Of wisdom.
The part of you that is deeply connected to divine source energy.
I'm just going to take another deep breath in as we breathe in relaxation and calm and love.
And breathe out anything that doesn't serve us.
Now before we get ready to write I want you just to visualize you floating in this bubble and you arrive at some doors.
It can be many doors.
It can be two doors.
Imagine take a look at what they look like.
Are there colors?
What's around them?
Is there a building attached?
Are they a middle of forest?
What do your doors look like?
And as you resonate with one of the doors we're just going to set an intention about what it is you want to see.
What part of this alternate version of yourself is it that you need to learn right now?
To move forward with the things that you're wanting to move forward with.
What alternate version of yourself do you need to see?
And as you solidify that intention,
Choose a door and open it.
As you open the door we're going to keep that open in your mind's eye.
As you open your eyes and grab your pencil and paper,
Paper and pen,
Whatever you're writing,
Now we're going to get ready to answer some questions.
Now with free flow journal writing you just write and you write and you write and you write and even if you don't know what to write you just write.
I don't know what to write and you write until the time is up.
I'm going to give you about three minutes per question and just hold that image in your mind of you just and just hold that image in your mind of you just walking through the door and we're going to write down what you see.
The first question is where are you?
When you open up that door where are you?
Add as much detail.
What do you hear?
What do you see?
What do you smell?
Write down.
Don't stop writing.
What do you see?
Where are you?
I'm going to bring you back.
I hope that was enough time.
If it wasn't please pause the recording and continue to write.
If it was a lot of time just keep writing whatever comes even if you're repeating things.
The next question I have as you're in this space and you've taken in your surroundings the person that you're looking at is the higher version of you the version of you that exists in this space.
What do you look like?
What do you notice about yourself?
I'm going to give you another three minutes and notice all the possible details you can about this version of yourself in this version of the reality.
I hope you've had enough time to dive into the details of what you look like.
Now we're going to watch as though we're spectators in my in this vision of your of your alternate self and what is it that you're doing?
It's like you're a witness or a bystander and in all the details you can write down what are all the things that you are doing in this alternate version of yourself.
I hope you managed to have enough time to really dive in.
I found as I was doing it it kept evolving and I was doing one thing and then moving to do another and it was really interesting to watch as I wrote everything down.
Now the last step is you're going to take a moment close your eyes and imagine that you are stepping into this version of yourself as if you're putting on some clothes stepping into this version of yourself and as you do so the question that you're going The question that you're going to write about is what do I need to know?
What do I need to remember to take into my present reality from this version of myself?
What do I need to know?
Again I hope that was enough time to download all the information.
If you need to continue writing just pause the recording and keep writing.
Now we're just going to end with taking a few deep breaths and recognizing as we breathe in we breathe in our divine power our infinite knowledge our ability to connect to everything that we need at this moment in time and as we breathe out we're going to breathe out any self doubt any limiting beliefs any aspects that no longer serve us any aspects that no longer serve us every time you breathe in at your own pace you're breathing in wisdom clarity empowerment knowledge and every time we breathe out at your own pace you're releasing self-doubt limitations know that you are perfect the way you are at this moment in time these are tools to help you access the more divine life your highest self possible for your highest and best good so many blessings to you thank you

That was brilliant, thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I play daily in my imagination, yet through this writing I was able to go deeper, allowing myself to be more free. I will do this process again and again.🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻

This was good. At the begining the visualization part felt like it fell short on description and timing but later l accepted the flow. I will repeat it to see if l can open more doors. Thank you.
