This is for when you are feeling consumed with some guilt,
Some shame,
Some feelings of not enough,
Feelings like you maybe didn't show up in the way that you wanted to.
This is time to release and let go.
Those are lower vibrational feelings and they don't serve you.
Put your hands on your heart.
Imagine a green light spinning counterclockwise and we're just going to say,
I love you.
I release and let go.
I love you.
I release and let go.
Let's breathe into those words.
I love you.
I release and let go.
I release and let go now.
All of the feelings of inadequacy,
Lack,
Guilt,
Shame,
Resentment,
All of those feelings,
Lower vibrational feelings are leaving my body now as I release and let go.
The light spins counterclockwise,
A bright green light in your heart,
Releasing and let go and as it spins,
It's clearing out anything that doesn't serve you.
I release and let go.
I release and let go.
I love you.
I release and let go.
Remember,
You've done everything you can.
It's time to release and let go and move forward.
