Nancy here from Nancy Inspired and I'm here with a little mantra that I created to help me set and maintain boundaries.
As somebody who likes to help people and my focus is to make sure people are happy,
Sometimes I say no to myself by saying yes to too many other situations that really aren't for me to solve.
And so this is my little mantra.
Feel free to say it with me or just listen along,
But hopefully it'll help you to maintain and set boundaries and not get involved when it's not for you.
Here we go.
Deep breath in.
It's not my problem.
I let it go.
I choose my path and let it flow.

I choose the path that's meant for me.

I hope that helps in terms of setting those boundaries and maintaining those boundaries.
We're just going to close off this little mantra meditation with sending the person some love.
Whatever the boundary is that you're trying to not get involved in,
Let's just send them some love.
We're going to open our hearts,
Imagine a light coming out of your heart chakra,
Sending them peace,
And love,
And light,
And blessing,
And clarity,
And wisdom on their journey that the tools that they need,
The wisdom that they need,
The strength that they need comes to them tenfold.
